The service is very good and excellent workers and reception. Also the the beach looks outstanding and there is a great bar for any drinks soft or hard . The food tastes very good and . I recommend this hotel for day use or friends and families. The price is very good for all This services

The food is very good + service was awesome and very helpful + the view was outstanding & the beach looks great . Good for day use and family and friends + also there is a helpful super market for any snacks and or drinks + lastly for any help there is a pharmacy for any medical issues

I recently had the opportunity to stay
at Marina Wady Degla Hotel.
The behavior of the security personnel, particularly the security boss the guy with black jacket, was unsettling as they consistently observed and monitored us. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and raised concerns about privacy during our stay. Addressing this issue would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive and secure guest experience at Mari
The security personnel at the beach left much to be desired, as their communication was notably rude due to we got close to the sea.
Additionally, my companions and I faced challenges in obtaining assistance for beach chairs and shading, both at the pool and on the beach no one was there for help.

Moreover, the room facilities fell short of expectations. The cleanliness of the bed and closet was subpar, impacting the overall comfort of the stay and the last thing the balcony was broken.

The rooms at the hotel all with the street view I didn't expect that, and unfortunately, the beach for hotel guests is a very small restricted area and l'd you go right or left the security will come in a very rude way.
It was apparent that preference was given to the owners of the chalet resort of marina wadi degla, which contributed to an overall sense of discomfort during my stay. Addressing these aspects could significantly enhance the accommodation experience for future guests

Friendly staff, good place for relaxing, food is good, clean room, beach is good, there shuttle to deliver you to beach, very helpful staff, the swimming pool clean, there are guard every where, safe place for kids, price is suitable, totally satisfied. 

1st visit and will repeat

the worst place ever don't recommend it to any one, they have a bad attitude and no respectable for the guest , no one give you any help .. not worth at all ..  everything and all the facilities are for the owners only .. managers and everyone in charge are very rude .
very tight beach .. and you won’t get sit at marina at night ... worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY

the worst place ever

I went there for day use only and photo session. They insisted to take the ID from me at the gate of the viĺlage and keep it with the secuirty men for no reason. The staff were not helpful at all. Reception staff are not professional at all. The beach was very very small. You arent allowed to take photoes in most places. Rooms are very very poor. I dont recommend for day use or photo session at all

Limited food options, rude staff, one of the security guards tolds us you should get out of the pool saying it wasn't allowed till 12 pm!
One of my friends got sick and we needed some medicine but the doctor available said they don't have anything except for cuts.. By the beach all the parking space in in the sun, there was only a small space where we can park in the shade in front of a villa, the staff told us there's nobody in there but you can't park here for some reason! We reserved a late check out on the phone before going but after arriving the receptionist told us it's full and we can't.
Consider taking beach shoes because some of it has rocks.. And btw it's a two star hotel not four.

HORRIBLE

-food with very limited variety 
-staff were rude
-we went to the pool at 8 am like any normal hotel ,15 minutes later one of the security guards came to tell us that WE SHOULD COME OUT AND WE CANT USE IT BEFORE 12 pm in weekends!! ,,we got out and talked with the receptionist and said he will fix it after 10 mins one of the securities showed up and told us rudely and pointed out saying we had to get out now 
- We reserved with late check out and confirmed that but when we arrived they told us that we had to check out at 12 pm sharp as they had alot of reservation although we would pay for that late check out
- at the beach we wanted to move the chairs a little forward so that our feet can touch the water, two gaurds came and told us we can’t go forward cause some people make conplaints! Although there were only one family sitting and we were sitting at the corner, so we can’t be bothering anyone..
Honestly worse experience ever it’s barely a one star hotel and i won’t ever come again nor recommend this place to anyone.. after A LOT of talking with the receptionnist “Ibrahim” he honestly tried to help but eventually the hotel policies are very unnecessarily strict and rude..

Worst place ever 👎
The food was very limited, the stuff were very rude on everything, we reserved a late check out on the phone but after we arrived they told us we can’t and there’s no availability, they have very stupid strict rules regarding the pool and the beach! The security told us we can’t go to the pool before 12 pm! What kind of a well respected hotel does that?! Also the beach we can’t take out chairs a little forward to dip our feet a little into the water.. 
if you want to have a good time don’t ever consider this place..

Terrible

For a start put in mind its a two stars hotel not 4 as mentioned . Its the worst place i’ve ever been to first of all the parking gate was closed and you’re not allowed to drop your bags you have to park all the way outside . First i went inside the reception asking the girl who had no idea how to deal with a customer calling us by our first names and acting all rude about making a mistake in the booking. Second the rooms were not clean no towels not boiler view is terrible. Staff is rude and unhelpful . Buffet was a disaster when something finishes no one refill it . Overall i don’t recommend this place at all
