Nixson and his mother are lovely. He took time to make sure I was comfortable, and kindly shared his knowledge of the plants in his garden with meFridge, hot shower, comfy bed, nearby shops, atm, restaurantsSome mozzies but there are nets so I slept greatI went to Batibou beach nearby, about a 1hr walk, or 10 min drive. My jaw was on the floor 😍I enjoyed my stay. Thank you

Nixon's place was clean and comfortable, a large house and kitchen. He was a great host, driving me to see sights and his farm. Lively conversations with him on the veranda were a treat, as I learned a lot about Dominca.  I was prepping for hiking the Waitukubuli National Trail and he gave great advice on using the local transportation.

Really cute bungalow and private off road parking in back of main house (by the bungalow) a rarity in the area. My host was very nice and explained hoe everything worked to me. Really enjoyed having coffee on the large porch. Lovely little touches all over, such as hammock and mosquito netting.Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in the cottage for a week; it's so charming and has everything you need. Warm and welcoming hosts make you feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Calibishie.

Had the pleasure of staying in their cabin. It was cozy and comfortable with everything you need. The host and his family are wonderful people. The airport pickup was smooth and easy. Nice restaurants and 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Tours are available.

Great place to stay in Calibishi. Perfect little cottage just off the main road. Host Nixon was very pleasant and helpful.

I was so happy staying in this little cottage in Calibishie! Such a lovely family. Young and his mom, Shelley, were very welcoming and kind. The cottage has everything you could possibly need for your stay (full kitchenette, fan, mosquito net). Bed was comfy. The town was so friendly, had good food and close to some amazing beaches! Great escape from the crowd of the main cities on the other side of the island.
