14 of us went for a first girls holiday, all staff were friendly and made us feel so comfortable, Thomas Cook reps were amazing and made sure we had the best holiday ever and got the best for our money! So clean and tidy, so glad we booked up for this place! Didn’t want to leave ☹️ 100% recommend!!!!

What a hoilday me & my friends had would
recommended this hotel as the 2 reps dan & Alex were amazing & made our hoilday better than what we expected! I would advise everyone To buy the bands On there first day as it saved us so much money & most of the events we done they gave us a 1 hour or 2 hour free bar! The hotel itself was quite nice and staff were lovely too!

Amazing first friends hoilday

The hotel rooms were quite nice, from the minute we walked in til the minute we left we felt welcomed and the reps, Dan and Alex were so friendly I feel I’ve made 2 new friends. I would recommend the band as it got us an amazing deal and enabled us to experience Ayia Napa to the absolute fullest. I would certainly come back to this hotel again if I was to book up with my friends again.

Good hotel with amazing reps and staff

First group holiday with me and 8 other friends and couldn’t have had a better time, get what you pay for with the hotel has everything you need.

Our reps Dan and Alex couldnt have been any more helpful, ended up buying the bands on the first night with all the events included and every single night was better than the last! Didnt expect the holiday to turn out as good as it did and it definitely wouldn’t have been as good if it wasnt for the reps. Gutted 18-30 is coming to an end!

Perfect first holiday with friends and the best reps!

Had the best time on my first holiday with my friends we all loved it and have the reps dan and Alex to thank for how good it was. Would highly recommend taking the tickets/bands that they offer especially if it’s your first holiday as it saves you a lot of money and gives you amazing events to attend throughout the week! Couldn’t thank them enough and would 100% go back next year!

Amazing first holiday with my friends with the best reps

Wasn’t expecting much of the hotel due to bad reviews and looking very basic but it was perfect for what my friends and I needed. Rooms were basic but had everything we needed, pool was nice and even when one day there was a problem with the pool, it was resolved straight away and we were offered an alternative! Went for our second girls holiday and the reps Dan and Alex 100% made it amazing for us, we’d come to Napa with prejudgements of the reps due to experience on our previous Girls holiday but dan and Alex completely exceeded our expectations! They were there whenever we needed anything, they were so helpful and just generally nice people who actually made an effort to regularly come and speak and check up on us! Overall an amazing holiday and would 100% recommend as an 18-30 holiday! Didn’t want to leave!!

The best week ever! Had Dan and Alex as our reps and they’re honestly amazing. They made sure we were always having a good time and made so much effort with us. I even cried when I had to leave them hahaa! Would go back in a heartbeat! Bar staff are also lovely and we had no problems whilst staying here.

Girls Holiday

Didn’t expect much from this hotel due to reviews but exceeded expectations, very basic pool area n rooms but everything necessary for the holiday and the pool is the perfect temperature during the day! Only thing I wouldn’t recommend is eating at the hotel, walk around the back to the perloma hotel as they do the best breakfasts for good prices!

We went on the Thomas Cook 18-30’s holiday and we didn’t expect much from the reps as our previous holiday in Maga we didn’t see anything of them. However was greeted by them upon arrival, Dan and Alex  and booked our events with them, our favourites been the full moon party - which I would definitely recommend! We were very sceptical pre the holiday for the reps, however they completed the holiday always checking everything was okay and when the pool was closed one day they sorted us out in a nearby hotel ASAP. Also remember all the guests personally, which I thought was really nice. Sad that 18-30s is ending because I would definitely do a holiday like this again :( 

Would deffo recccomend Napa as a party holiday been the best week!

Amazing girls holiday, fab reps!

My friend and I stayed in the Aphelandra for a week, the rooms were decent and loved the balcony! The gorgeous reps Dan and Alex made our holiday they were always around whenever we needed anything and came out on the events with us, the full moon party was our favourite!

Best holiday

After reading reviews I had very low expectations for this hotel, but I was extremely impressed with the place. Rooms were cleaned daily, excellent pool with lovely bar staff! The reps Dan and Alex were great and always made the effort to make sure we were happy during the holiday. The only downside is that the fridge only worked whilst in the apartment so it meant I couldn’t refrigerate food (milk went mouldy). But overall we all loved it and was a great place for our first girls holiday, would love to come back
