We've booked one room with double bad and a balcony.The price was 300 euros for 5 days.The tidiness was ok,maybe the lack of space was a bit uncomfortable and it was really hot at night,but otherwise we were satisfied overall.The main reason considering this guesthouse might be because it's located just 50 metres from the sea.Besides that,it offers a very nice view on the shore as well.The staff was excellent,maybe communicating was a bit more challenging since they didn't speak neither German nor English too well,but they have offered us home-baked cookies and gave us cold beer when we arrived. Would definitely go back!
