Branko is a gem of a person and is so welcoming as you arrive. I selected this hotel because I did not want the noise of old town and wanted a view to sit and read a book in case it rained. 

I recommend the larger room-it is very large and has such wonderful views of the old town and the sea beyond. Great shower pressure and a comfortable bed. It was nice to have a kitchen for making breakfast. It was the best value of hotel on my 3 week trip through the Balkans.

Rooms Vjera is just outside the old town which ensures quietness and a good rest. The view from the slightly uphill facility is astonishing and you will enjoy the walk into town (350m). The garden is a lovely add-on when the weather is nice. Greatest feature of Rooms Vjera are the owners, Nike and Branko, who will take care of you like you are the long lasting friend. Branko prepared a nice fish dish for me when I arrived.

We had a fantastic stay at Rooms Vjera. Branko was a great host. We had drinks with him every night on the terrace and were made to feel very welcome.  He even gave gifts and treated us to wonderful food to celebrate a birthday. 

The location of the house is breathtaking. The walk up the steps from the old town can be exerting when you’re not used to it but it is so worth it. Our room was large and the view from the windows is gorgeous. There is also use of a kitchen, shared by the other guest room and a terrace for outdoor dining / drinks. 

So glad to have stayed here, had this experience and of course, have no hesitation in recommending. 

Dubrovnik was our last stop for the trip and after a bad experience i was more than happy to come to this one. Branko was an amazing host, the view is beautiful the the room was perfect. If you come know that you will need to go a few steps to get there. Worth it!! Thank you for a lovely vacation

Branko and Nike are exceptional hosts - they make the extra effort to the extent that Branko picked us up from the ferry terminal and dropped us back at the end of our visit. Unless you visit Dubrovnik by ferry you will not realise how much easier, cheaper and hassle free that kind gesture is. After a busy dat in the old town, climbing the steps to the Rooms (and let me tell you in comparison to most properties in Dubrovnik there weren’t as many steps), to be welcomed with a smile and cold drink in the beautiful terrace is so awesome.  The rooms were spacious and although the en-suite is across the hall way that was fine as it was private to the room and didn't bother us at all.  The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless as was the room and ensuite. We would love to recommend this place but as there are only two rooms you would need to book early you won't be disappointed!

The apartment exceeded our expectations by far. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were looked after and made to feel so welcome by the fantastic  host Branko. It was a leisurely 10 minute walk to town and the views from the balcony and room are stunning. Branko went out of his way to ensure our comfort and was so warm; he even helped us with transport. Would highly recommend.

Our apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The area in which it is located in is very quiet but within a 10 minute walk to old town. It had a shared kitchen which we used to make breakfast every morning and a terrace with incredible views What can I say about the owner, Branko? He did everything to make sure we were comfortable from greeting us at the door with a selection of cold beverages, helping us with local knowledge and making us feel welcome. He even helped us get to the bus station, which we are very grateful for. We will definitely recommend this place and having travelled around the world, this has been our nicest stay!

This property is a convenient walk (up or down stairs) from the old town of Dubrovnik and from public transport. Branko kept in contact with me regarding my arrival. As he was unavailable when I arrived he arranged for his neighbour to meet me at the bus station. He, his wife and neighbours are kind and helpful. The room, kitchen and terrace have spectacular views of Dubrovnik's old town, the wifi worked well and it was good to have the use of a kitchen.

We stayed with Branko for 3 nights in his wonderful home- overlooking the old city of Dubrovnik! Upon arrival he picked us up from the airport, carried our bags and invited us to join him for a glass of wine and grapes on his front porch ! Lovely stay- we felt as though we were experiencing true Croatian hospitality!! 
The room was super clean, cosy and just what we wanted. There was also a fully stoked and clean kitchen for our use! Perfect stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights and communication was great and Branko picked us up from the central bus station to take us to the apartment
There is no road to the apartment so there are steps either down or up, but this adds to the charm and the feeling you are living like a local
Room is huge with a great view over the old city and the bathroom whilst just across the hall is yours alone, the kitchen is fully equipped and for shared use, which is not an issue either.
The outdoor trace is lovely to take your own breakfast at or just to while away the day taking in the view
Branko goes out if his way and is very hospitable, we enjoyed 2 nights of fad rinks and snacks and life takes with him
Then to top it all off he dropped us at the port
All in all an excellent stay that is highly recommended
