The room we stayed in was an 80kn taxi ride away from just outside the Old Town, and is situated in a relatively residential area. Our room was reasonably well sized, with ample storage space, access to a shared balcony, an ensuite bathroom, air con and a small fridge. There is a supermarket very close by, and transport links are also close by. We had a very gracious welcome by the couple who own the Rooms (it's actually their house); the wife gave us a lot of information about local amenities and what to do in Dubrovnik. A really enjoyable stay!
