I booked this Hotel through Agoda.
When I reached to Hotel They Told me It's canceled as they do not welcome Foreigners.
Even no cancellation information by Agoda or hotel before.
I reached the hotel at 11:30 PM.
Hotel staff not ready to talk.
They don't know English.
Agoda Staff try to talk with them but they refused.
So Foreigners please avoid this Hotel and stay away from problems.

I just saw the first picture in this listing, but this hotel is DEFINITELY not "welcome" to anyone who can't speak Chinese.  Even if you could speak Chinese, you wouldn't believe how horrible the experience could be. 

These are just a few of the issues that we encountered after booking a room there in late August: 

-locked in a room with no ventilation
-air conditioner on maximum barely works - THIS IS WHAT MADE US JUST LOSE THE MONEY AND GO TO A HOTEL ACROSS THE STREET
-Mosquitos rampant; bitten while checking in and beyond 
-wifi works only if I have a local number; had to beg the non-English speaking attendant to use his number 

Basically: 
a) couldn't find the hotel initially because the directions on Expedia were wrong.  Haven't validated it here, but I think the directions here are correct. 
b) when we checked in, they gave us a room that felt like a prison.  The elevator was nasty, the lady up front couldn't and didn't even try to speak in English.  Trying to speak to 3 different staff to ask why the air conditioner wouldn't work beyond a mild breeze in the hot and humid weather, they said there was no way they could help and that there weren't any other rooms to change us to. 
c) the bathroom was scary.  The internet was worse and you need a local number and again, if you know "no chinese," you're screwed.  

Fortunately, I had a chinese friend who helped me check in across the way, but even they were disgusted.  

I could rant even more, but this hotel doesn't deserve any more of my time.

What a hoax!

We stayed here for stopover purpose, before heading to our next destination. This hotel is about 30minutes drive from Bao'an Airport, and is located in the heart of Bao'an district of Shenzhen. For this price we paid, we feel that the room is quite small, and not so well maintained. When we booked the room, it mentioned that breakfast is included and turn out only a packet of milk and 2 pieces of bread for sharing of 2 person, and the bread was manufactured 4 months ago. We feel cheated.

This hotel is 20 minutes walk from the nearest MRT Station, and is next to a wet market and finding food is not a big problem here. There is a Mc Donald which operates 24 hours located about 100m away from the hotel. A big shopping mall with Imax theater is located next to the market, so I would say that for a short stopover, this hotel is considered good. 

Taxi will cost about 70 yen from the airport and it is not that difficult to find as it is located right next to the main road facing a flyover cross junction.
