The hotel location is in Tsim Sha Tsui, the room size was in average compared with other hotels in Hong Kong. After I checked in to the room, I found the air-conditioning in room was a bit noisy. I called the front desk requested to change room and they accommodated me. By this time I was late to a dinner appointment, so I quickly packed up the old room and unpacked in my new room. Unfortunately I left an item in the old room. I discovered this right away and informed front desk. They helped me to retrieve the item to the new room. On the other hand, the Sim card I bought cannot work. I asked Bell counter for help and they patiently help me out. Also they teach me how to walk to nearby Temple Street, and recommended some good restaurants nearby.
