和太太來看看大理是否真的適合比較長時間逗留, 看到一篇介紹喬的報導而決定住那裡的. 一個很穩重的小朋友, 很用心在經營, 服務非常熱忱, 整體布置非常宜人, 地點也很好.  一切一切給它AAA. 唯一缺點是熱水使用不好控制 :-) 如果再去大理的話絕對會再選擇住這裡!

非常溫馨舒適的客居

Ciao guest house located in middle of the Dali old town, in ten minutes you can get to both two the most popular street, on of the Street is Ren Min Rd is where the backpacker sell their handmake stuff and lots of street food and good local resteraunt also located over there, if you want to cook by yourself, the traditonal market "little vegetable market" is also on that road. But the guest house it self is very quiet, so if you wake up in the morning and find out you don't really want to do anything today, you can just oder an coffee from Joanna and pick an book in the front room, if the weather is good, the wood balcony is also a nice choice,  you will be surprise that the time goes so fast because there's no things to bother you besides Joanna may sometimes ask you to join the lunch or eat some fruit that she just get from her neighborhood :P The owner Joanna speakes good english and also very friendly to introduce good place around to visit, she makes the guest house very welcome an feel like home, she's so passion to make the guest house perfect that you can see she's moving one bottle of flower around garden for all morning just to make it look better (to be honest, I can not tell the difference..), but that explain why every backpacker walk by would pay extra attention to this guest house.
Other things to know, is that there's a little black dog call Lucas leave in guest house with Joanna, Hot shower sometimes not work(general problem of Dali's guest house), and also, ciao guest house only have five rooms, by the way, it's not a good choice to leave in ciao guest house if you plan to get drunk every night and went back in the middle of night, it's open around 9 in the morning and closed at 12 normally...

Best place for long staying guest inside Dali old Town!!

A very nice small cozy with very 5 beautifully decorated rooms. Miss Ciao is a friendly and helpful host. Basically she helped us to solve all our problems during our stay in Dali, from arranging a pick up service, day tour, recommending restaurants even take care of our laundry.

I would recommend this guest to people and surely will come back again if I am in Dali.

Nice Cozy Guest House

Basic but nicely furnished guesthouse on a charming and more peaceful street away from the crowds in Dali. Good value for clean accommodation. Lovely owners and a beautiful little roof terrace which catches the sun!

Cute, simple guesthouse- great location

I was booking the guest house thru email on 2013 , where the Ciao Guest House was just opened for few months, and not ready to accept any foreigner payment by Credit card or any others international booking web site.
However the pretty lady boss accept my booking without any deposit. :)

Location : within Dali Ancient City, very convenient - few minutes to famous ren ming road, and walking street nearby.
Price : so far, is the cheapest rate i found in dali
Room : Clean, No TV, No Air Cond (The weather is nice) for standard twin bed room. smaller but by given price mentioned this is acceptable, you pay what you get, No towel provided!!! , so bring your own towel or buy one on there
Staff : Lady boss and her sister run the guest house, provide good travelling information on dali and very helpful.
