This is a nice quiet clean place about a 3 minute drive or 25 minute walk north of the town centre up on a hill. There is a nice view of the town and rock from the main building and gardens. The room had adequate space, a nice shower and comfortable beds. There was adequate space to spread our stuff. The town has some free hiking trails, a museum , and good restaurants. Desk service was competent.

This was the best place we stayed on our trip to Gaspesie. It is a little bit out of town, away from the crowded strip of Percé . The setting is outstanding, talked into hills with spectacular views made better by a couple of strategically placed look offs. We stayed in one of the little log chalets. They were spotlessly clean and well appointed. I found myself looking forward to the evenings, sitting on the little deck. It has a very atmospheric setting and a fascinating history. I found the price quite reasonable too, especially compared to other places we stayed which were much less interesting and more expensive. I would love to return in another season, maybe in the fall! Highly recommended!

A place that will enhance your visit

Spent four days at this location and at first it took some getting used too. The floors are definitely not level and there is a lack of lighting. The gentleman at the front desk was rather abrupt and it appeared that he did not want to be bothered. A rather cantankerous person. The younger male was more accommodating. Laundry facilities consist of a paying washer, $2.00 per load and one dryer, $ 2.25 per load. There are two look out oints, but this is not beach access as we were told prior to booking. Nearest beach outside Perce where you do not need to pay is at Coin du banc, a 7 minute drive and the other is at Cap Espoir 12 min away, 
Playground for young children consists of a metal swing set and a huge lobster trap. There isn’t much else for young children. The barbecues advertised actually charcoal pits and there are only two for the entire complex. There were three actual barbecues but we were not allowed to use them. What saved this place from getting a three or less was the view and the two lookout points.  Website needs to be revamped as it is very deceiving.

Not what we were told, but okay

This motel is situated on a high bluff overlooking Perce rock and the village. The view from our room was stunning. You feel that you are in nature, but you are still very close to town (we walked). You can also have a fire in the outdoor firepit and watch seals frolicking in the surf below. The room was a good size. It was not updated, but that didn't matter since is was such a lovely location.
My main advice is skip the continental breakfast. It costs extra and it basically a juice box and an average muffin in a paper bag.

Stunning view

The motel room was superb, and the price was really great! The room was spacious and had the best view of Perce Bay. Everything was super clean. The covid safety measures were well taken care off. In the morning, we could see beautiful sunrise from our balcony, and enjoyed watching sunbathing seals directly from the hotel's property. They provided breakfast with options. The muffins were great. We stayed here for 2 nights and really loved it. We forgot our toothbrush charger in the room. They even shipped it to our home! We will be back!

The best view of Perce

We loved our stay here. We had a spacious and comfortable room overlooking Percé rock and the national park. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was provided. Perfectly located overlooking a seal colony. It was great entertainment and beautiful.
Great attention was paid to covid safety measures. We will stay here again.

Beautiful location

We stayed for 2 night(2 adults +2 kids)
Very clean! King size bed in a bedroom and sofa-bed in the living room. Small kitchen. Clean towels and sheets!
What an amazing location with the view! Sunrise was spectacular! Highly recommended!
Cannot wait to be back! 


Amazing place!

Wonderful motel such as superb hotel, in a great location with stunning view over the town and lake. The best place for having amazing relaxation time. Room was extremely clean in complete condition and so comfy. Also with absolutely low price for such a amazing place that you can call it piece of heaven.🌺

Road Trip

I stayed here for two nights in October.  I'd booked one of the standard rooms but was upgraded to a studio kitchenette.  The rooms (bedroom, kitchen/living room, bathroom) had a lot more space and amenities than I needed as one person who wasn't planning to cook, but everything was clean and comfortable.  There was a great view of the Rock and the town from my balcony.  The wifi and cable worked well.  There was a continental breakfast available.  The drive into town (for restaurants, shops, boat tours etc.) took a couple of minutes, but that was no big deal.

Room with a view

We stayed for 2 nights on our way around the Gaspe peninsular.  Chalet was very rustic  inside, as we were expecting, large room with bed and table and chairs plus comfy seats and a wood burning stove if you needed it,   It was quite dark but otherwise perfect.  No oven but 2 ring hob, microwave and fridge.  The property is perched on the cliff top above the town of Perce (2 minute drive away).

The owner was very helpful and had teabags!  Views overlooking the sea from the reception area were stunning, especially through the telescope.

We really enjoyed our nights here.
