Linda and Rick are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotless. We were amazed with the homemade breakfast by Linda and coffee by Rick. The view from the king size bedroom is breathtaking. It's a 5 star experience for sure!

Friendly Owners and amazing breakfast

I liked everything about this B&B. Linda is a marvelous host and we were made to feel welcomed right away. This is a beautiful home in the hills of Kelowna with a great view of the lake. The king bedroom has a great view and a lovely little porch area to sit outside. Inside the place is super clean and well organised. It is a very quiet place and the bed is comfortable. You have a complete kitchen which you can use at any time. Clean your own dishes and you are all set. The bathroom is private and right next to the bedroom. It is a beautiful bathroom with a shower and tub.Nice cotton robes are provided. The succulent breakfast of scones, muffins eggs, bacon, toast is there every morning. Thank you Linda. You made our stay in Kelowna wonderful and we hope to visit you again.

Fantastic hospitality and views

Linda and Rick run a very high quality Bed and Breakfast from the extremely comfortable bed, the space and facilities, the views from the patio, the hot tub and the gourmet style breakfasts. We could not fault any part of our stay. The added bonus being that Linda and Rick are charming hosts so the conversation over breakfasts was a so welcome.i forgot to mention the glass of wine and cookies on arrival.

Probably the best B&B you will ever stay in

Everything about this b&b was fantastic. Comfy bed, great shower, tasty breakfast, fantastic view. The king room is the best as it has lake view. Linda and Rick made us very welcome in their home. Loved the hot tub over looking that very impressive view.

Highly recommend

This was an amazing place to stay! The view from their house over the lake is stunning! 

Linda and Rick are both really nice people! When we arrived Linda served us with a glass of wine and chocolate.

There are two rooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area with TV, Stereo system and board games and a complete kitchen with a dining table. We were lucky when we went as only one room was rented out so we had the kitchen and living room to ourselves!

Breakfast in the morning was amazing. Linda's cooking is out standing, every morning she made us something different and all of their food is grown locally and/or organic. The waffle was my favourite! 

There was a hot tub you could use that overlooked the lake. 

You are close to Summerhill Winery, we walked there.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It was like staying with family, I totally recommend!
