It is a small family hotel or actually a guest house. There is a small TV, working AC, most rooms also have a balcony. Rooms are clean, staff is really polite. Location is not the best possible, a bit far from the centre (not more than 10-15 min walking distance) and not a really picturesque view but they have a proper private parking which is a great benefit if you are visiting Sozopol by car.
