Myself and three friends travelled out of Sofia for the day on the metro and a bus to the swimming pool on the edge of the lake - we had a lovely and affordable day in the sun. The pool was lovely and warm, and the lake was a beautiful backdrop. Easy to reach on the metro then a bus (1 and 3).

We had visited the lakes today we had a good time walking around the lake we stopped for a coffee at the local restaurants unfortunately they had no milk so I had to have black coffee but we did have a good time

The lake

Pluses: Amazing view to the forest next to Pancharevo Lake; the room had a view to the lake and also to the forest hills; free parking; decent breakfast; very large family room; the entire look of the hotel was nice.
Minuses: No elevator, so we had to leave majority of the bags in the car when we arrived and carry them piece by piece (we had two small children with us and we stayed at 2-nd floor).
But... all that were minor issues next to hotel's positioning.

Good place right next door to Sofia

I stayed in a spatious "apartment" for a few days and it was quite good, and in good state of repair. The only problem were the cobwebs and around the windows, but the bed itself was large and clean. 
The restaurant is also quite good, offering good quality food. 
It is conveniently located if you'd like to be near the Eastern parts of the city, but not in the city itself. The hotel is surrounded by woods and is very near the Pancharevo dam, as well as the mineral water pool.

Nice location, not bad at all.

I've stayed in 'Pancharevo' around a wedding party close to the hotel.
I'm not so fascinated of interior. Some of interior details are not bad, but the building looks not well kept
Rooms are large, but not maintained.
One of sheets on the beds was ragged.
The restaurant and food are good. 
The location and the village itself is Verry nice. 
The thing i like most of all is the view. 
Hotel is ok for one night
