We had ate here before and had enjoyed it when we visited again we thought let's go back the night we went there was a private party being set up but the staff set a table for us and our three Bulgarian friends

I was travelling with a group of about 30 peope.
The rooms was clean, the staff was a little bit unfriendly. 

The food in the restaurant was expencive and one frient of mine finded a hair in his chicken.
Live music in the restaurant!

Very nice place!

Bulgarian hotels cannot be compared fairly with Western European ones. So the double rooms will be a little disappointing. The furnishings and equipment will not be modern. Having said that, the room was clean and warm (December). The water was hot and the shower facilites good. The walls are rather thin. And smoking rooms are more common here. My guess is that the rooms in the main hotel are rather better - our room was in the annexe. Having said that, the service was always good and friendly and in English. And the restaurant is a big plus with excellent breakfasts and meals. I recommend breakfast 2.

Good enough to consider

Terrible Hotel. We had 2 rooms apartment, the bed room had no windows and the smell was horrible.
The only nice thing I could say about this hotel is that the staff was friendly.
Although the Hotel descriptions say that it is near the city attractions - this is a false information. The hotel is 4km far from the old city!
I advise you not to book a room there!

I stayed in room 205 on June 4, 2011. The room was  really tiny but that is not the problem. The problems were more than one: the fridge did not work. All drinks were hot. I asked front desk to repair it and was told " We do not have maintenance person availbale full time." The web site advertises a SPA but the front desk told me it is no longer available.The room carpet was stained and terrible dirty. The worst part was the bed and the linens. I took the bed cover off and found 5 long black hairs. That really did it. I do not recommend this disgusting place to anyone. Stay away and do not waste your money.
