We stayed at Panorama for the third time in three and a half years and have to say we enjoyed it as much as we had previously.  Simo, Desi and family do an excellent job and make absolutely certain that you have a comfortable stay and excellent food.  In our experience they cannot do enough for you.  The location could not be better with a lovely view of the town below, whilst being close to beautiful countryside.  Koprivshtitsa itself remains a fascinating place with a number of museum houses, all of which are worth visiting, whilst there is history to be discovered in many nearby towns and villages.

We are a group of Singaporean travelers who had just completed our holiday in Bulgaria. We stayed in this beautiful n friendly family run hotel . The hotel is clean n tastefully decorated with a touch of the local flavor.. Serafim n his wife Desi were a great host n his mum, Rosi is a great cook. Simply love the beef stew n chicken stew

We went to Koprivshtitsa when it was a low season so we were the only one family in the hotel. The room has an amazing view as the name described, panorama. Driving up there was a bit tricky because its narrow street (mainly use for horses!)but the owner were very helpful. The city is all in walkable distance so it is convenient to have a parking spot and just leave the car there. The room was spacious and the breakfast was amazing. Everything was great and definitely will go back there someday!

As the title of the hotel indicates, the Panorama hotel is family orientated, in the sense that a number of the members of the family that run the hotel are involved on a regular basis.  Simo, the son in charge, is always incredibly helpful and will put himself out to do anything to make your stay there more enjoyable.  At the same time, his mother is a superb cook, always providing delicious food with the help of Simo's wife.

We felt really privileged to get to know the family well thanks to Simo and his sister speaking very good English.  The location of the hotel could not be better and is very comfortable.  We had visited the hotel for a few days in 2014 and this year stayed for a few days at the beginning and end of a four week holiday in Bulgaria.  We would highly recommend a visit to Koprivshtitsa and staying at the Panorama

Another Enjoyable Visit

We spent three nights at the 'Panorama', which we enjoyed a lot.  The family were extremely friendly and helpful.  They even took the time to guide us to a rose field and a factory making rose oil,where they introduced us to the people making the rose oil.  Not only were they generous with their time but they also provided us with a varietyof interesting meals.  We will certainly go there again, if we can, because Koprivshtitsa is a glorious place to stay set amongst beautiful hills.
