491 reviewsLived there for 1 year. Really good location in downtown, close to everything, very safe, clean area. For the World Cup 2014 the reception staff learned some English. The staff is very helpful and friendly in this hotel. The room is simple, clean but not luxurious. The pool is big but the water is somewhat cold. Very clean. Overall, it's a quiet place except for the neighbors to your room, who can be noisy if you're unlucky and the World Cup period. The maintenance comes in 10-15 minutes after you report a problem and always fixes it. Perfect for short-term business trips. If you're looking for luxury, it's not here. In that case you better try Metropolitan Flat which is next to this one. P.S. The views from the 11th floor are stunning!
