The breakfast, lunch, and dinner service is in a rather large but open quinceo so that flies abound in the place where the food is to be consumed.They had large and small ventilators for the purpose of controlling insects, but without the desired effectiveness.

Hotel with great structure. We spent Christmas with family and the Hotel Santa Paula exceeded our expectations. The rooms are airy and clean. Breakfast very varied. We took the opportunity to thank the attention of the staff. Everyone is very kind and helpful. We will definitely return.

I stayed over the weekend with my family, the hotel has a good structure, the rooms are good, with good beds, great shower, I stayed on the triple stand, the room is not too big, to stay for 4 people for just one night ok, if it's to stay for more days with children it can be a little small. the swimming pools are great, I just thought the playroom could be a little better preserved, a new tennis table kit, and maintenance in the peabolin would be welcome.

Very pleasant location. A good indoor pool and an outdoor one. A large and comfortable bed. Good shower. Super cordial attendance and excellent breakfast. And parking in front of the room.

The hotel's infrastructure is excellent, well located, very organized, but the reception service is far below expectations, the business card of a hotel is the way you are received, a completely unprepared employee, poorly educated and fat with people, I have seen many complaints about it in various comments, and the hotel does not take care, this harms the hotel, since I will never come back and much less I will recommend it to other people, even I switched from hotel to the competitor Cabana Suiça where the service was infinitely better, and this shows why they are the best in the city.

Excellent infrastructure but poor maintenance

The hotel Santa Paula has a good geographical location. In short, it is 500 meters from the central beach and 100 meters from the beach. The structure has left no doubt about the quality of the hotel (cold pool, hot pool, game hall, hydromassage).

The structure surprised positively beyond the central pool, indoor and heated pool, courtyard, playroom, restaurant with delicious dishes and full breakfast the check-in was agile and gentle, but unfortunately in the room we were in there was no internet signal, sometimes weak but mostly nonexistent, causing significant disruption as I counted on this for remote work as needed.

Hotel with good accommodation, entertainment and food infrastructure. Good swimming pool with a wet bar. Located near a busy beach and about 600 meters from Christ's Hill, a tourist spot. That is, well located, even though it's not in the center of the city. I enjoyed the times I spent there. It fully met my expectations.

It was an unforgettable experience to have with my wife, Guaratuba, Caiobá, Isla do mel, a wonderful tour, and finally shopping in the city of Curitiba.....!

Comfortable hotel, very good cleaning service, excellent breakfast and dinner, very good food, deferential care from the employees.As we reached rainy days we were able to enjoy other services it offers such as outdoor pool, air-conditioned pool, jacuzzi, sauna, adult and children's playroom, gym, spacious movie room.
