Cute bed and breakfast on a very handy location to reach the old city. 
First time I was given somewhat ordinary room and next time I came my second room was full of light and amazing view towards the garden, very pleasing improvement. 
Breakfast is very copious and kind and friendly staff. 

Cosy little spot 

The hotel is convenient for overnight stays and rest on longer commutes.
It is located along the main road
Room equipment is average but good for one night's sleep
The hotel is located in the heart of Sarajevo. A good 100 meters away from Baškašija
So it's a good exhale to see the city

Vacation 2018

When we arrived in Sarajevo the phone number from the confirmation mail was "currently unavailable". 
The so-called "00-24h reception" was closed and phone still unavailable. After a few minutes long wait a lady came out of the building, probably just finished her afternoon siesta, checked the printed booking and showed us our room. 
Paying was done in cash, but we did not receive their confirmation with a signature on a piece a paper, let alone a printed invoice with address, price, signature.
Parking was free, but there are only 2 or 3 spaces. If more guests arrive by any chance and you need your car during your stay, you can lose your parking spot.
Breakfast was very poor. Sliced salami and cheese losed their color and looked like they've been offered for a few days in a row. There was no bosnian coffee. There was no milk or juice on the second morning of our stay. And there was mold on a piece of bread! 
A flooding situation in a bathroom on the upper floor could have been an excuse for missing milk or juice - but definitely not for mold. Water was dripping from the ceiling on a table in the dining room and when I pointed this to the lady and asked what happened, she said that probably someone just spilled water over their table at breakfast - when the ceiling was clearly wet. After I explained that something else must be the reason, she explained the whole bathroom flooding situation and that "one of the guests decided to take a shower outside the shower" (why would someone do that?).

not worth your money, okay for one night, but skip the breakfast - try burek and coffee in Baščaršija instead

Okay first of all the location is nice .... And that's it. The rooms are small​ the shower is rusty and the friendly only guy there is friendly but speaks no english.  Also U have to pay cash (also when there are signs that U can pay with cards. There are 3 parking lots for cars so first come first serve (Else u have to pay). Oh and There is no 24 hour reception ... We came back at 11 noone was there the door was closed and our roomkey could not open the front door. So we had to knock and shout and it took 15minutes that someone opened the front door. Oh also the room was not really clean ... Lot of dead insects lying around .... Srly, i travel a lot and I would say okay a 2 star Motel U could not expect a lot but this motel is srly overrated ... Think there are maybe some "Fake" rates when U ask me or the owner changed because it looks like noone is careing for the last 1-2 years ..... 

Totally overrated srly

The location of this hotel is excellent! So far the good news. We were greeted by a rude woman who didn't speak English, got a room with a tiny bathroom. The water is turned off at midnight, so make sure you brush your teeth in time and don't need an early shower. The 'organic' breakfast is a joke. We couldn't pay for the room with by card, only cash was accepted. The €4 change we woud recieve at check-out we never got back, 'cause only the cleaning lady was there. If you want wifi you should go outside and look for the spot in the garden...

Top location, bad hotel!

I am not a fan of bad reviews, but here I was so frustrated about reality absolutely not meeting what was claimed on the Website that it is inavoidable.

I do not even know where to start:

Booking site says, staff speaks English, German and plenty of other languages - Reality: no English understood at all

Booking site + door sign says, cards of all kind accepted - reality: only cash

Booking site + door sign says reception is 24 hours opened - Reality: you stand in front of closed doors and nobody is picking up the phone; the room key is not locking the front door, so worst case, as has happened to us, you wait in front of closed doors during a cold night for half an hour until you managed to wake somebody from the hotel to open the door

Booking site says and name assumes parking is available and included - reality: there are three small parking spots. if they are taken you have to figure yourself how to get parking and of course need to pay the high rates of city centar parking

Other comments: the breakfast is minimalistic, the shower is rusty, rooms are tiny, dead insects in the bathroom etc. only positive about this place is the location and outside area, but definitely not worth the price they charge

I was deeply disappointed and do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!
