We went here to stay after a long trip. Great place, we liked the style of the rooms. Great beds, and the breakfast was also super, including the homemade jelly. Don't forget to visit the donkeys in the backyard.

Great place to stay

My stay was booked by my wife as a surprise for my 40th Birthday which also included tickets for the Belgian F1 weekend.
From the off the place itself is set in a beautiful area and the building itself is very charming with a proper country cottage feel. I was with my 10 year old son and it was his first time abroad so was slightly nervous. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was any trouble for Jeannine and her husband. The accommodation was spacious and very clean. 
We had to be up very early every morning to get to the track and even though I said to Jeannine not to worry about breakfast she was there with a full spread of amazing continental breakfast and fresh coffee, My son was particularly fond of Jeannines' homemade blueberry muffins!
I cannot speak more highly of the accommodation or the lovely couple that run it. If you are visiting Belgium for any reason then I can recommend staying here.
If you are visiting for the Belgian F1 and are not camping then this place is 15mins from the track and commuting is very easy.

The Owners are fantastic!

Have nothing but praise for the hospitality provided by Jeannine and her husband. They helped both load and unload car in the rain (just unlucky on arrival and departure!). The accommodation (Marine Room) was very comfortable and quiet. Excellent suggestions for evening meals. (We stayed two nights). Lovely breakfasts. We were very satisfied!

Delightful stay!

We stayed here near the end of our motorbike tour of Germany last year on the way back to catch the ferry at Zeebrugger, so I wasn't expecting much just a place to sleep after a long ride on the bike...What a lovely warm welcome, we were offered orange juice on the terrace and given loads of English guides for the area. We had ordered evening meal for seven and were served an aperitif on the terrace first, delightful! The three course meal was typical Belgian food cooked to perfection by Jeanine our lovely hostess. The room was a converted stable very quaint with it own private door to the outside, there was a little adjoining room with a single bed perfect for a small family. The private dining room was next door with its own kitchen so I assume it would be ideal for self catering as well. The price for the stay was astoundingly good value, and the warmth of our hosts was priceless. In fact it was so good we have just booked it again for two nights this time at the end of our tour of France in September, we have decided to take the Marine room this time which I quite took a fancy to when Jeanine gave us a tour of the place last year. The Marine room has a lovely big corner bath, a must for two bikers after a long dusty ride. So looking forward to staying there again, and believe me we stay in a lot of places on our various tours.
In my journal I rated it:
Room 9 the Marine Room would have been 10 because of the bath.
Service 10 couldn't be better or more friendly
Breakfast 10 fresh and varied
Bed 8 I liked the pillows but My husband didn't
Parking 9 we could have parked in the Garage but a bit tricky on the bike
Wifi 0 not available

Absolute Delight!

My friend Miranda and I visited Belgium for the 1st time to go to our friend Sarah’s wedding.
Sarah (a local) booked the B&B for us, so we had no idea what it would be like.
We arrived quite late (11.30pm) and were greeted with a warm welcome and some much needed refreshments. Our hosts were quite excited to meet us,  I think we were their first visitors from Scotland.  Luckily our host spoke a little English and Miranda spoke a little French.
Mirada had the “Chambre Coquelicots” the poppy room with the double bed and I had the adjacent Lavender room with the single bed, but I benefited from an orthopaedic pillow. I slept like a baby. There were many thoughtful details in the rooms (including plenty of chocolate).
We had our own key as we knew we would be very late coming back from the wedding. 
The breakfast was excellent, fresh pastries from the boulangerie, cheese, saucisson, eggs and so on.
Our host was aware it was our first visit to Belgium and eager to introduce us to some local foods like the jelly/jam made from reduced pairs and plums, local honey and a sort of rice pudding tart.
We enjoyed a bit of time sitting outside in the garden, stroking their Donkeys and visiting the sheep and goats.
We agreed that Ferme Du Petit Breuil was excellent value for money, and our host overly generous even to the extent of seeing us off with some snacks for the plane.
We had a lovely stay.
