We rented two villas for two nights before our Boy Scout sailing adventure began.  We received personal service and met some amazing people who were staying there.  The family we met had been coming there for many years staying in the same villa.  The owner let them use a motor boat as needed to explore and take in to town for dining.  It's not fancy, but what an incredible spot.  I was there with 2 adults and 6 Scouts.  I will return with my family for a week.  It is a sure bet.  I saw the review on the bugs.....they were bad at the water's edge at night.  Bring bug spray- it is worth it.  We went in town and rented snorkel gear upon arriving and dropped it off when we left.  We had a blast snorkeling for hours.  Swim to the reef.  It is a must.

Amazing view, incredible snorkeling, excellent service

We had a family gathering of 12 with three generations and we occupied 3 villas. We rented 2 vehicles to accommodate us all and we were able to venture around the island by day and enjoy the villas for resting. Getting together for activities and then retreat to smaller groupings was perfect for us. The views from each villa were beautiful and relaxing. We all wished we could wake up to those views every morning. The manager Alan went above and beyond to answer any question at any time of the day or night. We hope to visit again sometime in the future!

Great Family Reunion Location

We had 12 Boy Scouts that needed to stay one night in Marsh Harbor.  We loved the Pelican Beach Villas.  Yeah, it is not brand new.  Yeah, it is not terribly close to things.  But it is Very clean, and lots of room.  We swam in the ocean, ordered pizza and walked down to SKAGGS grocery (10 min) and bought a bunch of food to eat.  Honestly this place is really clean, nice and fun.  I was told by a local that the marina just down the road had an amazing bar and food, but we are Boy Scouts and the bar is right out.

What a fun place

This small group of villas is tucked away on a private beach in a quiet area. It's less than a five minute drive from town. The villas are older and very simple, but they are clean, well-appointed and have plenty of space. The air conditioning worked well, but we turned it off at night to enjoy the cooling breezes and sound of the waves. A very pleasant and relaxing place for a tropical beach vacation.

Quiet, clean, right on the water

Way too expensive, poor price/quality ratio, no amenities in walking proximity (no wending machine, no place to go to get something to eat either). 
There is absolutely nothing to do.
The place is overall worn out, shabby. 
No Internet either, at least in my room.

Never ever again!

we visit here every august, we always enjoy our stay,, rooms are clean, we spear most of our food while here, and drink as much coconut milk as possible, right from the green ones.price is right. they even pick you up at airport if needed.....bring a reel and rod fishings good just outside your front door. REPALA LURES WORK GREAT. its our honey moon every year and we love to snorkel every day.....dont forget the go pro .
