The hotel is renamed for Anita Living Apart. The place advertises family friendly apartments for your holiday stay. The rooms are nicely equipped. However, that’s about it. First, it’s false advertising to sell the accomodation as apartments. When you arrive, you discover that the so called apartment for 4-6 people in fact is an apartment for 2 (maybe sofa sleeping possible in the living room) and a totally separate double room somewhere down the hallway. The double room is no part of the apartment, it’s a totally separate accomodation unit. When you arrive for holidays with your children, what do you do with 2 separate accomodation units instead of one apartment? In the name of the place I guess, the word “Apart” was supposed to stand for apartments. However, in fact it was really living apart from each other on a family holiday. 
The place offers free wi-fi. If you need internet, forget about it, because the speed of the wi-fi connection was so weak, that it wasn’t even possible to perform the internet speed test, it usually collapsed. On average the high speed of the advertised internet connection had speed of 0,3 mbps for download and 0,1 mbps for upload if any at all. It means, you get wi-fi connection to a non-functional internet connection. 
The place prides in spa facilities (read sauna). That’s all nice. However, sauna is available 2 hours a day, as a rule at the dinner time. 
If you like taking shower in the morning, be prepared of water turning completely cold in the middle of your shower. Happened to me every second day. 
There was absolutely no interest from the side of the owner to see if all was ok and if their customers were satisfied. The owner was never at the reception area. Instead she was available only on the phone so if you arrive to Austria from a different country and pay that much money as you get charged, still feel free to spend extra your money on making international phone calls. 
Over all, in 13 years having holidays in Austria twice every year, this was our worst experience. We’ll never return there again.

Consider well

This hotel was a last minute booking given we'd been let down by another hotel in the same region, & is located albeit much further away from our preferred location which was close proximity to Ischgl. 
We'd therefore resigned ourselves to not skiing there, & instead use the excellent local bus service to access Solden & Kuhtai, both only a fairly short ride away & available £FOC on local ski passes. 

We stayed in the chalet section of the hotel, rooms being spacious & warm.
We dined there one evening & while the menu was quite limited, the food was freshly prepared & reasonable quality.
If you have a car the whole surrounding area is easily accessible.
The hotel has a wonderful wellness facilities which were spotlessly clean & well laid out. In summer I should imagine this would be a great place to base yourself for trekking or biking in the wonderful surrounding mountains.
