We stayed here for five nights and we were absolutely thrilled with the hotel and service provided. The hotel manager informed us ahead of the visit to register thus allowing him to organise our “Welcome Card” ready for our arrival. The Welcome Card provides free bus travel to and from the city of Innsbruck and various discounts to local amenities. The hotel is situated a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and busses ran regularly every 10 to 15 minutes during the day. Busses run from early morning up to 23:00hrs Secure car parking is also available at the hotel. The hotel had a high standard of cleanliness, we ordered a standard double room which had great views from the balcony. Management and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, thanks to all for making our first visit to Austria a very pleasurable experience.
