Don't be conned by the fine print - there was no bathroom in the room and only single beds in what was essentially a closet.
Sleep in the your....there will be more room.... and wash off in the ocean.

Avoid at all costs

I try to find the best in everything, but unfortunately I am unable to in this case.  
First of all, the motel is right on the highway so is very noisy, however I can take the blame for that bad decision. 
The motel was promising on first arriving, a somewhat friendly receptionist. The room looked comfortable but looks are deceiving. 
The room decor is old and mismatched. Some awful stained old looking camp chairs served as dining chairs. 
The bed was hard and the pillow was a rock. The room smelled damp.
The basin is not in the bathroom which is highly unusual. Towels were barely holding together. Still I was only there for a night so thought I could put up with it.
Then at around 930pm people moved into the room next door who proceeded to have a lengthy domestic in which every word was heard. This went on for about two hours. I am actually unsure if they were guests and if rooms were left unlocked so people could just walk in. There was one other car in the park besides mine which belonged to an elderly couple and they were two doors down from me. 
I am also bemused with the RULES - no alcohol after 8pm? 
$90 paid for an uncomfortable, sleepless night. 
Ulladulla is a charming seaside town that I remember well from my childhood so it is unfortunate to have this experience.
Don't stay here, there are other motels that are off the main road and only slightly more expensive but will give a much better stay.

Nothing to write home about.

Whew, where do I start? Must say the owner was friendly and helpful. The room looks as if it hasn't been updated since the 50's. It was the only place with vacancies in Ulladulla area over Easter. The mismatching furniture looks like it was bought second hand. Strangely there were towels in various colours covering the two unmatching easy chairs. There were also two rusting vinyl 1950's kitchen chairs. The curtains didn't quite cover the window. The bed was lumpy the pillows limp and old. The bathroom smelled of urine and the towels thin. There was a horrible musty smell in the room. I must say this was the most unpleasant place I have stayed and I was out of there as soon as accommodation became available elsewhere. I paid a princely sum for these two long nights. 

Definitely one to miss 

Comfortable room,  in need of an upgrade though. Bed was ok. Tv is a little small. Suited as we stayed overnight only. Good location to local bowling club, harbour and town. No breakfast available, would have been a nice option. 

No complaints

As a first timer in booking our own accomodation I really did know what to look for. We just went for cheapest price. $105 a night. When we arrived we went into the office to find he had first of all charged us $3.67 extra than what was on booking.com when I booked it. Was told I had to pay a $5 key fee which I would get back when I left. Then we made it into the room where there was a list of rules. No smoking at all on the property, no preparation of meals of any sort in the room. No drinking past 8pm and no visitors from 8pm-8:30am. 
We actually felt like we were in detention. We went to go out for the afternoon after check in and I actually turned around to my partner and said are we allowed to go out and do what we want or do we have to ask permission? 
The room was old as expected. But there was towels on the chairs and nothing matched. The room was in desperate need for a clean. The shelves where the tv sat were covered in dust. The floor had bits of food on it and then I'm still had rubbish in it. He put a fresh cup of milk in the fridge and didn't even turn the fridge on. I defiantly won't be staying again. It's a must avoid!!!
