Check in was very late, room not prepared on time. The rooms are dated, the facilities within the room are limited such as basic complimentary coffee or tea supplements. Two single beds pushed together to make a king with an uncomfortable seam in the middle. The bed was uncomfortable, I now have a sore back this morning. The hotel rate was far too expensive for what you get, Resort it is not. Sorry but I couldn't give this hotel a thumbs up!

Very spacious clean rooms We will definitely stay again

No frills hotel in blue mountains. Bed very comfortable. Cold in the bathroom in winter despite fan heater.  Blue mountains is popular and expensive place to stay. Good facilities. Good continental breakfast. Nice gardens. Easy parking.

Nice motel style hotel near attractions

Such a great place to stay in Leura when you need to bring your pet. Our little love really enjoyed having a little backyard to run around in. Place was simple but exactly what we needed and the shower was FAB. The grounds around the hotel were gorgeous as well.

Overnight stay

Walls a bit thin which was a shame because otherwise the room was awesome. Would be good to give the table tennis room some new bats ball and nets and a little bit of attention

The accommodation was clean. Room was a wonderful size.  Lovely stroll into Leura Mall. Loved the continental breakfast that was included

Quiet and relaxing. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast

Beautiful resort set in stunning gardens , great room ,grounds and gardens are beautiful and even included a breakfast

Property was very understaffed. It took two attempts to check in, both times long waits. The fill in staff tried their best to accommodate all requests. Would feel safer if there was night staff on duty considering the hotel has many open spaces with easy access to the property. The breakfast staff did a marvellous job, very welcoming, helpful, polite, with all the shortcomings at the time of our stay.
