1. Staff in a front desk wad so so. ( There were many rooms in a same condition, but she put us in a corner room which has even no window , dark so, it was like cheap inn). So we complained and moved into another room which was totally different . Very bright and spacious. However, no lamp bulb and dying lamp on a ciling. That is why we asked to changed the bulb, but when it was fixed, lamp was dropped and broken totally. So we changed a room again. 2. Room had no lights ( we moved several times on an arival day. Wherever we moved to another room, the light had a problem. I do not understand how the 5 star hotel didnt even checked lights. 3. No information about a hotel We satyed in several hotels & resorts in Gold coast during this holiday. Only Hilton dos't have any information book of hotel or any info . I cannot believe their sevice. Hilton's service is only to provide a room . That is it. Even my key was not working for a gym & cinema door. I just gave up their service. Location is very convinent but if somone wants to stay in Hilton, must know it is noisy outside when you are in bed.
