Two families -9 in all staying in the 3 bedroom apartment.  Was well priced, very clean and contemporary. Perfect for us.  Good walking distance to Victoria St for fantastic asian restaurants and also walking distance to the tennis and MCG if you have a bit of energy and the surrounding area feels safe, clean and trendy. Train is also in very close proximity. Having Vic Park opposite the room is fantastic for kids to have a kick of the footy on the hallowed turf. Middle room with bunk could do with a piece of furniture in the corner to put clothes.  We didnt use the outside room because of stale smoke smell, but that would be great for families that do have smokers.  The apartment itself didn't have any stale smoke smell at all.  Microwave in the pantry isn't a great design but no big deal. Car parking is also very handy.  Only main problem is we all had to share one key- very tricky with 4 adults and teenage children going separate directions.

Perfect base for two families to go to the Aust Open tennis

7 family members fitted perfectly, however the double bed with bunk was very squeaky and our son couldn't sleep there. No problems, there was sofa bed and single fold out! Fantastically appointed kitchen, Included salt and pepper! Kids played footy on Victoria park directly opposite! Walking distance to great pub for tea and coffee shops also train station. Car park and easy driving from here to highways and other suburbs!

Family weekend for 7! Fantastic!

The apartment is in a great location and close to public transport but for us this is where any positives stopped. The apartment was filthy. I had to go buy antibacterial wipes as the kitchen and bathrooms were particularly bad. The worst thing about our stay was we used the washing machine and it turned all our whites brown and the owner was very dismissive when we brought this up. It ruined about $200 worth of clothes. We definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
