We stay here regularly and have always been happy with the accommodation.
They charge just $10 per night for parking which is so reasonable considering the location.
The Milton just up the road are $30 .
The rooms have had some upgrades but it can’t hide the fact the building is showing its age. 
We always book a king room . These rooms have seperate bedroom and most provide good city views.
We will continue to stay here on future visits.

Always good

We have stayed here before as it is good for short stays. Great location in Park Road with many restaurants and other shopping close by . Parking under the building is just $10 a night which is very reasonable in this area. Rooms are quite small but well maintained but are starting to look,old and tired. We would stay here again as it is close to city and our grandchildren.

Great value but showing it’s age

Stayed in a 2 br apartment for 3 days. Apartment was clean and spacious. Location a bit far out but was a good walk to and from the Convention Centre. The price was very reasonable. The only issue I had was with the water temperature and pressure. Would stay again.

Reasonably priced

Unfortunately children became sick over 24hrs prior to travel - contacted the apartments to cancel and they still took full payment despite the booking being on a night of NRL match at Suncorp and the fact they rebooked the room to others. 
Guess that’s the fine you get for doing the right thing and staying home when sick. Will not book here again. 

Disappointed

Cosmo was great location for our one-night stay, whilst taking in one of the Women's World Cup football matches hosted at nearby Suncorp Stadium. On arriving quite early, we were able to use the underground car parking facility, even though our room was not ready. However, the poor receptionist was overrun with admin duties and could really have done with an assistant. 

We had a super-sizeable king room overlooking the river albeit with a slightly random double balcony configuration. Decor and furnishing-wise, the hotel is rather stuck in the 80's, but is functional nonetheless and soon after unpacking we received a visit from the resident handyman who proceeded to quickly fix something under the kitchenette sink. 

The lifts appeared to have a mind of their own, but I don't think the handyman was able to do anything about that. However, we spotted him again later giving the front gardens a spruce up and who knows, he may have been on reception as well later on.

Stuck in the '80's

Stayed for two nights and found the apartments fantastic, great layout and kitted out well.  Cleaned to a high standard and very helpful staff. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the area.
My main concern was fire safety, not something i would normally think about but with only one of the two lifts in action we decided to take the stairs from the second floor to ground level, as we got to the bottom it was obvious that the stairs only exited to the rear of the hotel not the lobby area, and thinking we would set of a alarm off, we tried to get back through to the 1st or 2nd floors which we could not do as the fire doors were locked from the stairwell side, this was a shock and if the ground floor exit had of been on fire we would have been stuck in the stairwell with no way out, I had to call the hotel and get the staff to come up in the lift to open the door. I would not stay in these apartments until this is sorted.

Fire hazard needs sorting 

The audacity of this hotel to post that they will charge 50 dollars service fee to attend lock outs after hours when it’s not our fault that we cannot access the room end of the day and the keys are not working. No staff exists after hours to assist you for any emergency. You have to call and you’d have to wait hours for them to respond. The 2 rating is for the location of the hotel and nothing more. Service is negative definitely

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

The staff are always lovely to our business guests when our company stays here. They accommodate particular needs and adapts to last minute changes. Special mention of Maggie who assists with making changes work better for us

AMAZING HELPFUL STAFF

Room was adequate and great location. I’m Park Rd Milton, close to restaurants, public transport and a great riverside walking track. The main issue we had that resulted in the 3 star review was the musky smell on entering and when we looked at the aircon return air, it looked like the filter had not been replaced in years. This was further evident with the air outlet showing clear signs of mould. Probably no really acceptable in the post Covid world.

Nice but Mould is a Turnoff

On the 27/9/ 22 I booked a room at Cosmo Apartments Brisbane via
Agoda because it had a bath. To ensure I got a bath I made a special
request. I booked with free cancellation so I could adjust it and not have
to deal with an Agoda robot. On 8/11/22 Agoda sent me
an urgent email to pay for this booking. On the 24/12/22 I arrived at the
location and discovered no bath; On the 25/12/22 I told the Duty manager
who was very pleased and happy to record my dissatisfaction in great detail.
He did not change my room and the manager was not available. I left on
26/12/22. On 9/1/23 I phoned Cosmo Apartments, my dissatisfaction was
again recorded; the manager was not available. I was told she would phone the
following day. I am now expecting her to contact me as soon as hell freezes over.
To avoid this kind of misrepresentation and disappointment, to get what
you pay for and what you want; just don't go there
