Additional transaction fees may apply for local residents, as well as additional VAT, which must be paid at the hotel.

Payable directly to the hotel by local residents only. Tourists will receive a refund for the VAT Tax, when they pay for their accommodations. To receive the refund, they must pay with a foreign credit card or provide their passport number and confirm their address.

Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

• A tax is imposed by the city: USD 0.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: USD 4 per accommodation, per night (varies per unit)
• You may be asked to pay the following charges at the property: Argentina value-added tax (21%). Nonresident travelers who pay using a foreign card or bank transfer and who present a valid passport and tourist visa may be exempt from value-added tax (21%).
