I didn’t like the room for the money I paid the room was too small i booked for three people had one single baby bed and other one dubbed but was like one single bed. I don’t recommend too no one to go to this property west of the money like $300 a night for this hotel is too much because the room was disgusting had other hotel around better new buildings and less money. But when I booked was showing some different pictures. This time my vacation was west of money.

One night in Ksamil , this hotel is budget friendly they serve a lovely breakfast , the room is clean and is 3 mins away from the amazing beach. Recommended

Wonderful Stay

Horrible hotel. The worst hotel I have ever been.One star review is too much for them.In my opinion is overrated in booking.The pictures of the hotel are like using filters on Ugly Betty face. Sheets and towels were with stains and dirty. Bathroom is very small and old fashioned. Location is uphill which was hard to walk. We asked for compensation because we didn’t like the hotel and wanted to leave ASAP but they asked us to cancel booking in order to avoid our bad review and they were going to return our money back, which didn’t happen..They gave us half of the money even though we left. Sneaky people to deal with, very disrespectful service.The price was extremely expensive compered to what they offer.I wouldn’t pay even half of the money for that room. Worst experience ever. Disgusting 🤮 🤮🤮

this is the worst hotel I have been🤮🤮🤮
And the owner is the scam, he said he will return the money as we have walked out immediately, and from then he is not anwsering anymore...
Be aware of this one, there a lot of nice hotels near for the less money!!!


Complete scam!!!

They changed our room twice and the fish soup was sold in a stupid way: "we paid for the fish soup and the fish that was used to make the soup", and it just depends on us. They see customers as money factories (get as much as possible).
We also had a friend with us, he slept outside for one night because they had no rooms for the first night, but in the phone during reservation they told us that they have rooms. Only the room was nice all the other things had nothing to do with the vacation you would prefer.

They were born cheaters!

The worst service I have ever encountered

I have a reservation with them from a month now, and 2 days before my flight i get an email that they are overbooked and they have to cancel my stay. How irresponsible this could be. Thanks God you cancelled it because i can't even imagine how the rest of the vacation would be with you.

They cancel your room 2 days before your arrival!

Great location only a few mins walk from the beach
The staff is nice and helpful
The room was clean,with a comfortable bed and it has a big balcony
Wifi was bad, not working in the room at all
and in the public areas either
