Worth a visit if you're on the edge of Sapa square looking for reasonably priced Vietnamese food! Surrounded by restaurants and massage parlours, you'd be forgiven for walking past, but this restaurant is worth stopping in. A good variety on the menu, very tasty, friendly, helpful staff and fast service. Plus the obligatory free wifi that's everywhere.
Nothing stunning to look at, but sensible decor, comfy seats and clean toilets. 

Enjoyable restaurant, nice atmosphere, reasonable prices

This beautiful little boutique hotel is just off of the Main Street in Sapa, and yet it is delightfully quiet and serene.  The rooms are large, and clean with a firm but decent bed, a small veranda offered stunning views of the mountains.  Breakfast was included with a choice of western eggs and toast or a traditional Vietnamese soup.  The dining room is pretty, and every morning we sat by the fireplace which had been thoughtfully lit by the staff.  The street is home to many restaurants, shops, and spas, so nice to wander up and down in the evenings.  I can't say enough about how helpful the staff were.  I would stay here again.

Great location, stunning views!

Very well situated in the centre, this beautiful hotel offers stylish rooms with terrasses overlooking the mountains. A lot of activities- including sauna -massage - can be organised if the staff keep
their promises and remain fully available all year long; the food is very good.

Ancient-style cosy hotel mansion in Sapa

An oasis in the centre of town...quiet, secluded and surrounded by trees and gardens...very quiet, yet within steps of the centre of Sapa. The staff was always at the door and welcoming. All our questions were answered! Breakfast was complete with fruit, juice, coffee, scrambled eggs and toast. All our hikes and day trips were arranged by the concierge at Cha Pa. Our guide.."Swee" 
was tops - good English, excellent people skills and very in-tune with our abilities.
I couldn't praise him more highly.

Cha Pa Garden Boutique Hotel

My husband and I stayed here two nights while traveling in Vietnam. I must admit once we arrived I wondered why the hell I had chosen a hotel that had no view of the magnificent Valley that sapa has on offer. Most of the hotels here are built for the view and because of that,  I would not stay at chapa garden again despite the fact we had no real problems here. The staff are friendly but not really enthusiastic,  although I think maybe we have been spoiled at the other places we've stayed so far. The hotel is located in the middle of town so eating,  shopping etc is right at the door step. The rooms were spacious,  although the bathroom was quite small and I personally hated the shower because it is impossible to keep your hair dry when you're standing in it. There is no safe here which made me slightly anxious although it seems a safe enough town. The breakfast is standard vietnamese breakfast - that is,  an attempt at Western breakfasts for the tourist market but a bit lacklustre. All in all the hotel is fine and I have no real complaints but it's expensive for not having any view. Stay in the hotels on the valley front. I don't know what the advantage of staying here was really. And don't be mistaken,  there is no Spa.
