Well It's not a luxury place to stay but it is very cheap (€44/$60/1,270,000vnd -3 nights + breakfast) and local so it gives us a different point of view of vietnam! The girl is very nice but she should improve her english because sometimes i could not have answers to my questions. Negative points: We hear everything next door, the bathroom is special.. (you have your shower in the entire bathroom-water everywhere), and the WORSE, cannot charge phones on any plug!! We do not regret having booked there, it was pleasant.we had a motorbike so we did not mind being a bit far from the center. The monkey is on a chain but does not seem unhappy and ive seen this is many other places, we cannot forget this is vietnam and it is different from our country!
To sum up: great place to stay a couple of days but can be a bit improved.

Very cheap!

It’s a big hotel.
Rooms were wide, beds were comfortable.
I got myself a room with view to the garden but whenever I opened the door to balcony, people/guests outside could easily see into my room that wasn’t a pleasure.
Bathroom with low water flow so it took time to take a shower or wash face.
There were swimming pools for adults and children.
Food here are not so good. Not recommended.

On a business trip

It's like in the middle of nowhere. Far bike trip to the center. We wanted to stay here for 2 nights but because it is so far away we Asked If we could stay for 1 night. That was oké with them. 
Next morning at checkout we asked our money back for the upcoming night. That was not possible. 
We would not recomment this place for backpackers!! 

A nono 

Very far from city center and good beach. Terrible road.  Very meager breakfast.
Rooms are not very clean and absolutely no sound insulation.
do not take their free bicycles. They are terrible - rusty, creaking and very bad going.

No comfort. Just to find something better.

Really didn't get a good vibe from this place, we were the only people staying there at the time so it was very quiet, and considering the staff didn't speak very good English, it was not a very hospitable/ friendly place to stay. It's quite a way from the town/ beach, so have no choice to hire bikes even though the roads nearby are low quality and difficult to drive on at night. The breakfast was the same every day- omelette and bread, which we didn't really look forward to. One of the children that obviously lives there tried to get into our room on numerous occasions, even opening the window when he couldn't get in the door!! Who knows if he actually succeeded whilst we were not in the room. 
The bathroom was grimy, the shower head wouldn't even stay up, had to wear shoes in there. 
Overall, would definitely not recommend.
