I stayed here for four nights even though there was no hot water and the bathroom sink leaked when used. I've been in enough hotel rooms in Vietnam to know that there's always gonna be something wrong. There was an in room hot water heater that was working, it's just that the pipes are plugged ergo no hot water. I mentioned it to both front desk people and the maid who all just kind of shrugged. When I checked out the owner was there and asked me how I liked it and I told her that there wasn't any hot water. She asked me why I didn't tell her. That was the first time I'd seen her...
The hotel is old and worn. I had room 1004 which is the top floor and actually could be a very nice room, it has a huge balcony overlooking the harbor.
The bathroom was kind of creepy, there was a fairly large hole in the shower going to who knows where. But like I said I stayed four nights, mostly because I didn't want to have to look for another hotel but I finally did.
They served Pho or a Banh Mi for breakfast. I paid 400K a night. 

Mediocre Hotel

They don't speak English and had no idea, which room in his Hotel is rent or not. Very short Breakfast Time 7-9

i booker room for 1 night .e verything perfect ,nice room and good service,great location good view We have a room on the top floor, then there is a large terrace, which you share with other rooms.Also, the hotel is very good see you again

The location was very good, we did get upgraded to room 1004 and the view was amazing we even had our own balcony.

BUT.... The bed was extremely uncomfortable (very hard) the floors were filthy could not walk in your bare feet, the bathroom was full of rust and dirty, we had to shower with flip flops on. 
The next morning they made up the bed again, and gave us DAMP towels. Still the floor was dirty. It was €20 per night, and it was in a good location, but we wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

In need of an update and a good clean.

They wanted to put us in a room without a window first, which would have made our stay terrible, to say the least. So better ask for a proper room first.

We got a room on the top floor then which had a big terrace you share with the other rooms.

Apart from that the Hotel is great.

at this price, this hotel worked like a charm. it was out first night on our 2 weeks vacation and this place served as a great cheap place to spend one night, before starting the rest of our adventure. comfortable with a good shower.

We spent 3 nights here. Apart from the nice view and generously large room, everything else was either average or below. Breakfast and bottles of water not included in price. Bathroom had bad drain smell. Towels were dirty and we had to politely ask for replacements which was resolved promptly. Balcony tiny; just enough room to stand - no way to fit a chair there. Wifi lost due to powercut (not hotel's fault) but they took a long time to resolve this. In Vietnam it is normal to ask to view rooms, test taps, cupboards etc before accepting. We had pre-booked online so had lost this advantage. The adjoining block probably had much nicer rooms/amenities at slightly higher prices which suggests the high ratings.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately we kept having issues starting with Leaks ( sink and AC) so they changed us room. Then the AC was making a lot of noise so they ended up taping it ( then it was ok) and finally water was cold for 3 nights but finally warm the last night. We also had issues several times to understand what was included in breakfast (arrangement made with our guide. They weren't really compliant) and unfortunately most of them couldn't speak English. Having said that the last day was the best as the manager came to see us and asked us how we were and was really nice to us. I think it depends on which staff is there at the moment of your stay.
