We took our church camp kids here. We made the reservation in May. When we arrived our rooms were not all on one floor like we were told. We arrived at 5 and by 6:30 we were still not all in our rooms. We found drug paraphernalia in TWO of the KIDS rooms. There was a domestic dispute on one floor. Many of the rooms not clean. Many bathrooms not clean at all. Water temperatures in showers not warm. Smoke detector found in a drawer. They didn’t answer the phone when we called fifteen times the day before arrival to confirm all rooms one floor. Do not recommend.

Absolutely not

Find another hotel.  We went to Tulsa to see friends.  This hotel is not smoke free as they advertise. Someone had smoked in our room and someone on the floor was also smoking. They moved us to another room, but were many other issues with the room and hotel. Since I paid the non-refundable price, there was no place we could go.  See photos. I did report my experiences to the manager on duty when we checked out, and also to the corporate office.

Find a different hotel

The hotel was nice to visit but on this one particular day I watch them treat a guest so rudely that I apologize to her they were being very Rude they ended up putting me in a room with no TV working no water to flush the stool no towels clean breakfasts us nade by someone that like They just woke up the laundry ladies are working the front desk ur car will get burgalize

 Bad experience 

The check-in process was very long. The lady at the desk was not competent enough to handle giving people room keys. It took at least 30 mins for her to figure out where to put us after having difficulty finding my reservation. We were put in a filthy room. The hotel had horrible dirty stained carpet throughout. Upon entering our room, it smelled strongly of mildew. Our room had hair all over the bed and bathtub from previous people. Counters and tables were sticky. I question the linens were ever changed. Pubic hairs found in bathtub. The microwave was filthy and the fridge had old spaghetti, juice, and rotten fruit from previous people. Only given one towel and no soap in bathroom. When I asked front desk manager for towels she told me I needed to be patient. The “gym” was smaller than the bedroom and not worth going to. Let’s not even forget about the very obvious drug addicts roaming about like we were stuck in some sort of trap house. “Non smoking hotel,” but reeked like cigarette. The best and only thing to brag about here was their swimming pool. The pool was clean. We left after an hour and checked in to a much nicer hotel in Jenks.

Avoid at all costs!

Lack of staff apparently after notifying the front desk twice room was never cleaned and dirty towels remained for 5 days in bathroom.  2 attempts to get clean ones at night failed as was told at 10:30 that none were available. Can’t recommend

This place needs help

I checked in on 11/10. Purchased the room on 11/9 paid for it online. At check in I was again charged the initial cost + $50 + $3. 
The front desk women don't know what the @#$% she is doing.  Do NOT stay here. 
It is going to take my bank 7-10 BUSINESS days to figure this SH@t out. It is over $130 over charged. The front desk woman is clueless and HOPELESS. ANOYYING to say the least.

Don't STAY here

Mathew is very friendly, helpful and check in was flawless. 
Our room was nice and the beds are super comfy. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. Good size room. The pool is clean and great size for kiddos or a relaxing swim. 
I highly recommend this hotel it's one of our favorites. Always consistent clean, quite, comfy. 
Breakfast is wonderful, parking is good and easy to find right across from the mall. Close to many restaurants.

Excellent stay

The service here was outstanding. This place is quiet and spotless. I was so surprised because I had a bad experience before but the new manager Matthew made all the difference. You really want to give them a try if you ever stayed here before. Excellent amenities. Excellent waiting area. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was awesome. Waffles, eggs, sausage and gravy and even cereal for the kids. There's a mall across the street and there's a couple of places eating areas very close by as well as Barnes & Noble and how could I forget there's also an indoor pool for the kids.If you traveling to Tulsa  near the Woodland Hills Mall  area or even if you're not please try this hotel.

Great place to rest

These past years have been very challenging on the hospitality hotel industry but this one hotel that I've been staying for over 3 an 1/2 years is doing a good job weathering these storm. Differen managers have come and gone but the current manager Matthew is working hard to turn this hotel around.

My home away from home in Tulsa Oklahoma

Stayed one night, 2 queen beds, friendly staff, BUT.........I would NOT stay at this location again! Musty smell in room, Dated, old, carpet frayed, lamps rusty, lamp shade hole, limited electric outlets, tv remote didn't work, coffee maker not clean, Toilet seat and lid, clean but stained and need to be replaced, and the worst part........when I checked the mattresses, no visible bugs, BUT both mattresses were badly stained and mildew/mold!!!! Gross!
