We have a family of 5 staying in 6P at Lulu City which is in building 6. 
The apartment is so well appointed with huge bottles of body wash and moisturizer in the bathrooms and every amenity you could think of. 
The fridge was stocked with every condiment I could imagine as well as a basket of free goodies and a delicious bottle of red wine to welcome us. It's just the little things like the towels being new and everything is so well appointed that makes you comfortable. The beds are so comfortable too. 
All of the apartments are different so I don't know what the others are like but the caretaker couldn't do enough for us. We're a very short walk from lift 7 and around the corner from the supermarket which is like a Thomas Dux (upmarket). 
It's a fair walk down Main St (maybe 15 mins to the other end) but there's so many restaurants & bars close by and you can also easily take the shuttle that comes by every few minutes down further if you don't feel like walking. The snow has been amazing so far. Highly recommend both Lulu City and Telluride. 

Sensational value - great location. 

This is one charming and beautiful Lulu unit, we haven't stayed in any of the other LuLu apartments, so we can't compare. We just love this big, spacious top floor unit that has a view of the ski mountain and also the valley floor with summer sunsets on the near by mountain hills. The living room and bedrooms have cathedral ceilings, a big comfy couch with seating for us all. With a smart TV, PlayStation and Wifi everyone is happy! The kitchen is updated, everything I need to cook with has already been purchased. The dining table combines with the LR table to seat up to 16, so we're the place for all our friends to come and hang out before or after dinner. Our extra guests have enjoyed privacy in the double bed in the sun room. Both bedrooms are very well appointed, with lots of soft sheets, blankets and pillows for extra guests, or the kids to make tent forts. Overall  the decor throughout the unit is very tasteful, makes us feel like we're in a mountain home and at the same time is very relaxing and quiet. The bathrooms are very clean with southwest feelings throughout, the steam sauna is a fun extra for us. We didn't mind running out to the hot tub at all, just hard to leave it and return to the unit. Skiing is an easy walk across the street to lift 7 -- not quite ski in and out but pretty darn close! An easy walk to town, the food market is down the block, the local bus is outside ready to take us into town anytime. The unit also has a reserved parking spot, makes it easy when town has festivals or is busy and there's no parking. Lots of games, puzzles and movies for all. Hard not to fall in love with Telluride, this place makes it even easier. We rented this unit from Accommodations in Telluride, Lee Zeller took great care of us, we loved being here and cannot wait to return!

Unit 4C -- big and airly. Perfect 2 bedroom, guest sunroom 2 bath corner unit for my family, summer or winter!

We stayed in 6i.... nice place. Everything was there we needed. You do go up 3 floors to the room so if you have a bit of luggage it is a pain in the ass. Also, if you're there with multiple people you have one parking spot.

Nice accommodations

We spent a week in the Lulu City, through the arrangement from Telluride Alpine Lodging. The complex is in a very convenient location, close to the new Clark's market and easy walk to anywhere in the town and the gondola station.

The 2 bedroom unit actually can accommodate 8 people (2 bedrooms, with one of them master), and a loft, and a Fulton in the living room. The kitchen is decent, with enough pans and pots and dishes and bowels. There is also a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit.

There is also cable TV and Wifi all setup, for people who wants to be connected.

The condo shares a pool, hot tub, and 2 grills (one propane and one charcoal).

This makes it a perfect place to stay when you visit Telluride.

The downside: the unit is a little old, example: I have not seen a VCR with tapes for a long time. That really does not both us, as we have never turned on TV for the entire stay. 

Overall, this is a very good spot.

Nice condo, good location, a little old tho

We just spent 5 nights in unit 4D.  It is nice to be on the top floor with the vaulted ceilings, windows that see some of the slopes and close to the shuttle stop.  The appliances have to be 20+ years old.  The kitchen and bathrooms look original too.  The bed in the master makes so much noise that when you just sit on it, you are bound to wake the people in the next bedroom.  It was odd that there is only one TV is the whole unit.  It is a small TV in the living room.  If you want very basic, this unit works.

Clean, but not updated

Our unit was a 2 bedroom and as others have noted, this is not a fancy place. The walls are very thin both within the unit and unit to unit. We could hear the music next door all night long. Dated furnishings, no fireplace, but spectacular view.  The hot tub was gross,updating that alone and opening the pool in winter would get this place another star.  The location is excellent. Easy walk to Coonskin lift and grocery store. You can walk to town too or take the free shuttle bus which is very convenient.
