What was good

Nothing get new staff and clean the rooms. I feel like I got bed bug bites from just walking in the room.

What was bad

This hotel stated scrubbed clean on all the ads but it doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since the day it opened. This hotel is so bad I almost don’t even know where to start honestly. We checked in and the girl at the front desk put us in a room with no fridge of microwave. There were dead bugs all over the floor so we asked to move. She acted like it was such a bother to do her easy ass job. Moved us to another room that didn’t have sheets on the bed and the toilet was rotten around the wall so the bathroom was filled with weird little black flys and cob webs in the shower. We had a note from housekeeping but the room wasn’t cleaned so what did they even do. And how do you mark a hotel room as ready if it’s not ready? So we tell her and she tells us they don’t have any sheets which is ridiculous because what kind of hotel doesn’t have sheets?? Then proceeds to tell us we will have to leave and get a refund. They kept our $100 deposit because we left the light on and and apparently we moved the beds around?? And when we tried to argue she threatened to call the cops on us. Sis needs a reality check. This is by no means a 5 star hotel- it’s not even a 1. Super disgusting. If you hate your job that much get a new one instead of being rude to all your customers. Customer service isn’t for everyone.
