We stayed at this wonderful quaint B&B and absolutely loved it! The room was spotless, the customer service was exceptional and the location was perfect. Walking distance to town, the beach and even Perkins Cove (though a little further). Stayed here in August of 2019 with my son & I knew I’d have to visit again with my husband on our latest vacation in Ogunquit! Highly recommend! It’s a beautiful place!! Thank you! 

Lovely B&B!  

We stayed there just as COVID19 was at its highest. The place was small but suited our needs for the location and amenities. Its was all a great friendly stay and would recommend the cottages at any time. Thanks. Graham and Linda

The Smaller Cottage

We chose this Inn because of it's closeness to Ogunquit beach/the center of town (around 10 minute walk) and because it was a lot cheaper per night than area hotels. I will say, the internet/service was extremely spotty and the bed was rather uncomfortable, but it was otherwise okay. For a cheaper 2 night stay where we spent most of the time out of the hotel it was fine. 

We did enjoy the hot tub on the cooler Ogunquit nights!

Small Inn near the center of town

My wife and I stayed at this B&B several nights ago and would highly recommend looking elsewhere. The building itself had a decent atmosphere and was quaint, however, the staffing was unwelcoming and breakfast the next day was a continental spread at best. There were no meals prepared for guests and the "buffet" line didn't even have your basic selections of hot foods available. With the amount the inn charges for one night we both expected something more than the embarrassing dried breads that were provided. With the amount of B&B's in the area, we both advise going elsewhere.

Poor Experience

Very slow internet.   This place is old poor views and poor to no internet .   On a USA tour and need internet service.  If I wasn’t on a tour I would never use this hotel.  Recommend you pass this place up, not worth it.

Zero internet

My wife and I had a great time in Ogunquit. The location of the Ogunquit Inn was ideal as we were within walking distance to the local restaurants as well as Ogunquit Beach. The room was clean and quiet and we would recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time in one of our favorite vacation spots!

Enjoyed our stay!

This Inn was so clean, calm, peaceful, and the manager, Kirk, was a pleasure to talk to.  It felt like I was staying in a peaceful haven in the bustling town of Ogunquit.  I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Ogunquit!

Such a nice play to stay!

Nice place, but the owner seems to be overwheldme.  keeping the place in order seems to be difficult and he seems alone without staff or help.  The interior is clean but the breakfast is limited to English muffin, boiled eggs, toast and orange juice.

nice location, but a bit negligate property

This free standing cottage is associated with The Ogunquit Inn.  It is convenient to the shops and the beach ( a 15 minute walk) and that is it's biggest advantage.  It is very time worn.  One set of sheets for all the beds for the week and nowhere on the property to do laundry.  Although it says it can sleep 6 ( and it can) meals need to be eaten outdoors as there are not enough chairs or room at the table.  It has the basic necessities but they are EXTREMELY basic.  PHONE SERVICE (IF YOU HAVE ATandT) is non-existent and the wifi is so spotty you can't really rely on it.  The innkeeper Kirk seems to dislike his job because he always seemed bothered by any questions and was particularly unpleasant when we asked if one of our kids could park in the lot for a few hours.  The lot on that day the lot was practically empty and he admonished us that he would grant this request only once in the 7 days and only for a very few hours.  He reminded us that our contract only allowed for 2 cars ( I of course reminded them that his contract also stated free wifi and we didn't get that either) He did place a wifi extender in the unit on the 3rd day which helped somewhat but was still very unreliable.  The shower ( which was much needed after a day at the beach) barely put out any water and poor drainage.  The grill that is on the small deck needs to be replaced.  The burner plates were burned through and the propane was empty when we tried to use it.  He did replace it but the starter didn't work and  needed to be lit with a match or torch.  I would definitely return to Ogunquit but not to this place.

Sand Dollar Needs Change

This Victorian Inn just lovely.  All the rooms are delightful.  Everything is easy walking to the beach and stores. Perfect just setting reading a good book. We sure walk a lot in the near. Not miss the Inn's Breakfast. light ... so yummy and good.  Thank you for a lovely time and see you soon
