What was good

Hotel's building takes up an entire block so easy to see. Hard to see parking sign and entrance. Very clean and sanitary. Mask requirement was enforced. Everyone pleasant. Check in was efficient. Host and server at breakfast very polite and friendly.

What was bad

I thought the bathrooms were too small. The pillows were not comfortable at all. The occupants next door were loud. I realize it was NYE but all stores closed early including the store with toiletries. At least a store with necessities should have remained open. Too many security people. I realize it is for safety but they seemed to be everywhere. And, unfortunately, my first time at the Peabody and I missed the ducks. We didn't get to the hotel until 5:15 and we left in the morning at 8 am due to a family emergency.
