Good place to buy a property. There are 2 towers which are launching and you will get 2-3 bhk with different variant and good price. Amenties are also there, you will love this place.One of the best societies.....very spacious,nice garden, amenities,lots of place to walk ,wander around,...flats r ok though....also currently it's open from all sides...but given that there will be buildings in future..not sure how it would be....but as of now...awesome place to live....quite peaceful too


Good place

The grounds are very tired and really need attention to the landscaping.  The home is adequate not nearly as large or as grand as it appears in the photos.  I probably would not have written a negative review if the manager hand been kinder.  I received a number of texts reminding me of the rules and threatening penalties.  I had every intention of and did in fact follow all of the rules, her negative approach was very off putting.

Disappointing

The short version: Casa Bella is beautifully appointed, professionally serviced and conveniently located. It has a great ambiance inside and out. The patio with its outdoor kitchen, cabana, and hot tub looks brand new. The hot tub was a hit and very clean.

Our details: We selected Casa Bella as the location for our annual CEO retreat. I'm not sure you could find a more selective group of individuals that our ten CEOs and business owners. This was our first time doing an overnight event. We wanted to cook a meal together so required a kitchen. Casa Bella provided all we needed and more. 

The house is stunning, with a great layout of bedrooms, baths and live/work space. We began in the living room for a round-robin check-in. Then segued to dinner prep and spirits, breaking out the wine in the wood-paneled dining room. 

Many hands found their spot to help in the kitchen, It's old school but very functional. We kept the stemmed glasses full and gathered around the polished wood dining table for more stories, beverages, and friendship. The dining room fits 10 perfectly. 

Our cooks praised the restaurant quality stove. The only thing we could have used more of was counter space - perhaps an IKEA kitchen island? After dinner, a raucous version of celebrity charades went on until midnight in the living room. 

We cooked a full breakfast for 10 in the morning, followed by a working session around the dining room table. 

Both days we ventured into town for lunch, First at Palooza's Pup (excellent) and then at VJB Winery for lunch plus tasting. 

On departure day I slipped into the hot tub on the private patio and didn't come out for a while. A long while :)

We were all sated, well rested and energized. A week later, I'm still getting emails from the group complementing the venue and the experience we had there.

This place will sell out. We're booking now for next November.

A P-E-R-F-E-C-T executive retreat!

This house was amazing & gorgeous!  The property had so much to offer that we wish we would have stayed much longer to be able to enjoy all of the wonderful amenities!  We enjoyed use of the beautiful patio, especially the hot tub and fire pit.  The outdoor kitchen was perfect for our dinner with friends.  The rooms were meticulously clean and beautifully decorated.  Only complaint would be that the bed in our room (main level bedroom) was incredibly uncomfortable (and squeaky, too).  We ended up taking to the couch one night.  Other than that, everything was top notch and we can't wait to visit again in the future!

Can't wait to go back!

It was my 40th birthday!!  We started the day ziplining at Sonoma Canopy Tours in Occidental.  I made reservations for the both of us at sweet Casa Bella.  We were greeted by Marga who was so very sweet and welcoming to us.  We stayed in one of the rooms at the main house looking over Highway 12.  

The property was well-manicured and very relaxing.  That night we walked to dinner at the Italian trattoria down the street.  When we returned to Casa Bella, our room overlooked a glow in the dark maze.  We ventured to it and enjoyed every minute of it.

While we were there, we also enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi which was a wonderful way to end the night.  

We woke up the next morning to the smell of a wonderful breakfast prepared by Marga.  The scones were to die for.  After breakfast, we enjoyed the jacuzzi again and continued to relax with indoor massages.

We were grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at such a serene getaway and have the chance to recharge.

Hoping to revisit this haven one day soon.

Serene getaway

This entire property is in need of renovation. The fires destroyed the "cabana area" and the hot tub is in a poor location and is not well cared for-our children all got rashes called Folliculitis from improper chemicals in the hot tub. The property itself needs work and the house should be updated. The kitchen,which is relatively small for the size of the house, had lots of dishes but all the pots and pans,knives and other cooking tools are in terrible shape so it is very difficult to cook anything. Also, the house is right on a major highway so there is constant noise from traffic. Not the place to go if you want a relaxing getaway!

Tired property in a poor location

We had a family gathering with folks coming from 3 corners of the country and needed to find an amazing spot to impress everyone.... Casa Bella did just that and in Grand Fashion!!!!
Our onsite hose Laurie was awesome to deal with and took great care of us. The grounds were perfectly manicured and folks spent a good amount of time hanging out in the Cabanas!
It's location put us right in the middle of all the wineries you would ever want to visit and at the end of the day the house provided a quiet respite to end the day and enjoy good company!
we searched high and low to find just the right spot and everyone in our group said we did just that!

Charming and Convenient

It's our first bed and breakfast experience.  Overall it was not bad for a first time.  The room is very clean and well maintained.  The breakfast was delicious, not a typical breakfast served in a hotel.  It was freshly made/cooked by Leslie.  The location of the hotel is perfect!  Most of the well-known wineries are nearby, even the Cafe Citti (best Italian restaurant in town) is only a walking distance.  The only con is the garden area stinks because of the dog poo everywhere.  We also had a little issue with our check in.  We didn't arrive between 3 & 6 pm as recommended.  We waited and couldn't get a hold of the person that will check us in.  Almost looked for another hotel...Also, it's not a B&B for family.  When we booked thru Hotels.com we put that we have kids, but when we arrived the lady was surprised to see the kids.  We they had to ask the other guests if it's okay for us to join them for breakfast since we have kids.
