Was in the bar happily watching the Super Bowl, had my feet resting on my husbands bar stool, final minute of the game going into overtime when a woman aggressively threw my feet off the stool and sat down, I said excuse me, you could have asked me to sit there.  She then pushed my husbands beer away, again I said that is my husbands beer and that is actually his stool!  She said I’m the owner and your kicked out of here.  She then proceeded yelling and fighting with me, owner?  That’s how you treat good paying customers? Guessing she won’t be in business for long!

Terrible

The whole room needed an upgrade except for the carpet. It was very nice. The toilet didn’t work but we were able to fix it. The lights by the beds operated by a long cord which was plugged in to an outlet the plug in was defective and every time the bed moved, the lights would go on and off. The towels were a disgrace. The quilts on the beds could have been lovely but I don’t think they had been washed in ages. Maybe the water was rusty. The central light fixture/fan needed a new bulb. However, the staff was very friendly  and accommodating so it wasn’t all bad. Won’t stay there again though.

Decent room,  no issues.  Couldn't use any of the tv features as the wifi would not work for the tv nor anything else.  So kind of dampened the night to have almost zero entertainment besides cable.  Staff was nice, the restaurant was the highlight of our stay.  Marisol our server was a gem and the food was AMAZING. Highly recommend the tacos and burritos! Overall a good bang for your buck

Decent accommodations,  better food!

Everything was great, except fir the mattress. It was memory foam, and was very firm feeling. I slept okay. Im just not used to this type of mattress. Coffee was served free at the bar in the casino area,which was very nice. We had breakfast at the little restaurant in the casino. Everything is conveniently located in the hotel. We were not there to gamble. We were just traveling through, on our way home from vacation. I would stay here again. It was very safe,clean and convenient.

Overall a pleasant stay. The place was clean. The room was clean and decorated in a quaint style with quilts. The beds were soft and bouncy and we prefer a firmer mattress. The bottom sheet wasn't fitted so just bunched up. We wanted to eat in the Cafe for breakfast but they were busy and waited 15min without anyone taking our order or bringing coffee so we went somewhere else

Jackpot doesn’t have many good choices for anything. We have stayed there several times. This property was the best yet. It is very old but our room was nice and clean. Restaurant food was decent. Service good. I would definitely stay there again.
