Dirty hotel, gross, extremely bleach smell, bathroom was dirty, hair on the towels, front door lock broken, dirty walls, couldn't even seat on the bed, dead bugs. A nightmare.

Could stay. Had to book a last minute hotel 50min drive away from there at 10pm. 
Please avoid this hotel. Do not stay 

Worst place to stay

Only reason why I gave 2/5 was because I actually enjoyed the bed; everything else was not a pleasant experience. The night host/manager wasn’t polite at all, the toilet wasn’t very clean nor the shower. I would recommend avoiding this place or use it as your very last option, as I did.

Comfy bed, everything else is crap

Shuttle driver was high as a kite 5:00 am. Not weed but some serious stuff. Swerving, psycho, drove right past airport as he was too messed up to know where he was. I was terrified. 

Front desk guy was nice the night before, but in the morning, this guy was similarly wasted.

Don't stay here. It is a nightmare room with staff who should be in prison. I've never even met anyone as insanely inebriated as the shuttle driver in my 51 years.

You could seriously die

During Coronavirus shutdowns I was grateful this place was operating. 
While I appreciate it being the lowest cost hotel I could find in the area, I don't appreciate that it cost as much as it did for the poor conditions.

I stood outside sweating while the clerk struggled to find my reservation in the system which took at least 10 minutes if not more.
Business was done through the mail slot in the side of the door.  I don't really have a problem with that but all they had to do was wear a mask (people were walking around the airport in masks).

The A/C was set on heat and the room was hot when I got in. (At night)  There was no instruction card on how to use it and while, it was simple enough for me to figure it  out, I really shouldn't have had to sit there and work with that after standing outside in the heat.

This was a non smoking room and as you can see in my photos the used ice bucket had burn marks from being used as an ashtray and the blanket was clearly used by a smoker.
The bathroom lights were behind the bathroom door in a "cubby" and the door would not stay open to reach them. One of the bathroom lights did not function.
There was no pen and pad by the bed and no plastic bag for laundry.  
The floors appear to be nice wood floors and the room was in good shape otherwise.  
The clerk was polite when I had to call three times in the first five minutes I was there. But to be fair I did not report the ashtray,blanket and door and lights to him.

Not worth the price

The motel is close to the airport. That is the only good thing I found.

Check in was OK. I asked for a wake up call to catch the shuttle back to the airport. The attendant said he would call.

Upon arriving at the room, I discovered that the safety catch on the entrance door was broken. The light switch beside the door turned nothing on.

The phone was dead. So I went back to the front office and said so. They said they would send someone to fix it. It did not happen. After a short while I went back to the front desk and they said it would be fixed in the morning.The attendant said he would knock on my door at the wake up time.

Back in the room, I discover the phone is now turning the speaker on and off about every four seconds. I unplugged it.

The refrigerator was making all sorts of noises and I had to turn it off.

Going to the bathroom I find the towel bar and the soap dispenser missing off the wall, with only the screws and/holes on the wall.There were no glasses. The ice machine outside dispensed ice with little black specks.

The three drawer dresser had the middle drawer missing. There were suspicious white stains on the only chair in the room.

The wake up call? It was 16 minutes late.

It is a bad place to stay..

A run down motel

I will agree with any other reviews if they say that the hotel is smelly, old, has broken things here and there, uncomfortable beds, etc. etc.  But in our case, it was an inexpensive option right near the IAH airport which we quickly booked at TripAdvisor one day before out travel, and it had a free shuttle to the airport.

Convenience is almost only plus

MOLD STAINED BATHROOM WALLS, Dirty, smelly, ceiling falling down, smelly linen, unsafe, electrical fixtures broken, dirty fridge,, not even a cup in the entire room let alone an ice bucket, door guard mechanism broken, one little lamp for the entire room, TC broken and my computer screen is bigger that that, TERRIBLE all around !!

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING THERE

The first room had a broken toilet seat. The second, no a/c and a huge gap under the door. The third room, you had to turn the lights in the bathroom from the entry door to the room. It took me awhile to figure that one out. I ask three times for washcloths and gave up. 

You get what you pay for. 

We arrived after 11 pm and got our car rental, and were so pleased we had made a reservation just minutes from the airport held for our late-night arrival. We had thought we would do free breakfast here, but the limited choices and bad apple made us move on.  I was pleased to see the large bathroom and accessible shower, but the seal was broken and my daughter feared a mess in room 102 if we had used it.  

Room near the airport 

The room was clean and tidy at least but the entire motel smelt of weed.

The free shuttle to and from the airport is very convineant and it wasn't bad for the price but the hotel staff member on check in was very rude,

Okay for 1 night but wouldn't stay again
