The owners Susan and Jimmy are very nice and helpful. Place well taken care of.  My experience with the owners and place was excellent and there is a pool for your use during your stay.  I would recommend staying. Owners good honest hard working people. I appreciate my time there and would stay again. You know all is good clean and if u need anything they are very gracious people.

I had a flat tire and Jimmy was so kind to change it for me and alway they are consider and on top of everything.  Very nice place 👍

Good honest People

I’m gonna start off with sue never shuts up. She will sit and talk your ear off. I called and talked to her and she told me for me and my son it would be 400$ a week and then for me my son and husband it would be 450$. They showed us the room and we were like ok. I checked the room and then laid my bedding down. I then laid on the bed and I heard pop pop pop. Went and told her and she was like why are u looking under the bed. They got mad cuz they had to fix the ac,bed, told me I could connect my play station to the tv for our son. Then once we leave they say we can’t get our deposit back cuz we connected it. Sue would lie so much saying her husband was in the laundry room and that’s why it’s locked. She bad mouthed the person in number 7. And also the guy who stays right in the pool house. Jimmie would talk about how many guns he has all the time. Sue said proudly that the place was a plantation back in the days! She needs to stay off of what ever she is on. She also wanted to take pics of my child. Made me and my husband real uncomfortable. We left to bigger and better things. They scam people out of there money! Don’t go there.

•	Managers enter rooms without guests’ knowledge
•	Managers physically confront, verbally threaten, and bad mouth guests
•	Manager patrols the compound at night with a gun and boasts about it
•	Managers dodge guest complaints by issuing trespass notices and calling the police

Not a hotel/resort

This is an ideal residence for visitors searching for either a new home or just a breakaway from the chilly North East Coast of the United States or for those Europeans who want to enjoy Florida.  It is a very convenient location proximate to Fort Pierce, Vero Beach, restaurants and shopping.  

With its locked gates, vehicles are most secure and the swimming pool is an extra delight, clean and well maintained...as are the rooms.  The free laundry is bonus as it is unlimited use......(this aspect of free  laundry is welcomed as with our two and a half month stay we saved on that alone).  
Proximity to the beaches, library, restaurants and grocery shopping is also a plus....

Well managed clean and tidy.....
We enjoyed our stay with Sue and Jimmy ...the proprietors of the Fountains.

Looking for a home in Florida

The woman “Sue” was always flirting with my husband telling him he looks good when her husband wasn’t around. Rooms are dirty and roach infested. Was told they didn’t own a pool net to clean the pool that I’d have to wait for the pool guy to come just to clear the leaves out. Sue goes in ur room when ur not there. She talks crap about all the “druggies” that is staying there then you’ll see her riding in their backseat with cash in her hand (hm wonder what they going to buy .. DRUGS) Sue thinks she can talk to anyone disrespectfully & she will tell u something one day then the next she will swear up & down that she never said it (again she needs to lay off the DRUGS) There was no shower curtain when I came so I bought one from the dollar tree and it ripped of course cause it was cheap and her excuse for not wanting to give me my deposit back is that the shower curtain that I BOUGHT was damaged. All their wooden room doors have gaps & cracks in them & the husband spends all day long walking passed ur door trying to smell if ur smoking & listening to ur conversations. Straight LIARS !

Ran by scum drug addicts

The management just called the neighbor the N Word in front of her African American husband. There roaches in room. They have beat on my door at 10 pm waking me up..I still don’t understand why. These racist bullies are horrible... run run run

The worst place on the planet

Scum. Stay away. Will never stay again. Trash. Bugs. Smoke smell.  55 per nite is way over priced for this dump. Stay as far away from this place as possible. Not a safe place to stay.most rooms are occupied for weekly rental families with about 8 people per room.                    A.         

Dirty

Troy is the very best!  He made sure we were completely satisfied and went way beyond any service I'd ever received staying at a hotel!  Very friendly and always remembered my name!
We loved our room and the bed was very comfortable. Troy even made sure I had yogurt at the breakfast room.  "Thanks Troy, we will be back in March to get our boat!"

Love the home like feeling......

I loved the place, very quiet, clean rooms, friendly staff, and great pool area, I think it has new owners because the room I stayed in looked remodeled.  They have the largest  flat screens I have ever seen in a hotel.  Off the beaten track, yet still close to shopping, stores, and beaches.  I Will be back.

Me and my husband spent several weeks at the resort while working in the area.  I found the Fountain Resort to be of great value.  The place has a nostalgic feel.  Our room was clean and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The internet went out a few times but hey, overall great experience!
