For what paid it was ok. I didnt like the roaches i kept seeing and one jumped on me. I saw two roachs crawling across the tv screen. I did have heat but it was a little heater in the corner standing up. It did keep the room warm so i wont complain about it. Just biggest thing for me was the roaches.

We booked on the fly when we just couldn't drive any longer.. first I booked online using points, which the manager himself wouldn't honor..said he don't honor wyndham b,s, so if you need to use points, don't bother..  we ended up paying cash, after he told us he owned 7 of the hotels on this exit🙄 so upon entering the room all you smell is animal pee..I had to open the window ..it barely helped..the carpet is sp gross.. my shoes stuck to bathroom tile, the carpet was raveling up in multiple spots.. the shower curtain had spots of God knows what on it.. the bedroom wall had splatters of something as well..
I did go over the bed 3 times to check that before crawling in..and to add the topping..NO BREAKFAST as advertised.. I couldn't get out fast enough..worst stay ever

There was trash all around the rooms. The vending machines were broken and or not working so great.

There was patch work on the walls with paint that didn’t match. The beds were rough and felt like they would fall apart if you moved too much. Only one towel for the family to use in the “shower bath.” I call it that because the drain must have been clogged because the bath tub filled up when you took a shower and then took 15 minutes to empty out. Still gave it two stars because honestly we got what we paid for. Cheaper rate = cheap conditions

Booked hotel while traveling from Florida. When I got there I check out the room. The room was terrible and its smell made me sick. I went to the hotel manager and immediately asked for a refund. He immediately agreed to grant me one. The next morning I woke up at another hotel and checked my card. Sure enough they charged me. My bad for trusting them. Be forewarned. This place is a rat hole and their staff cannot be trusted.

Where to begin?  Room booked in advance with no issues.  Upon arriving, the driveway into the parking lot was uneven and in disarray.  I parked and on my way to check in I realized that there were very few cars in the parking lot.  When I walked into lobby I noticed the carpeting was all removed, the walls were in various state of repair.  The check in clerk looked surprised to see me.  He was polite and asked why I was there.  I told him I had a reservation.  he arched an eyebrow, sighed heavily and started to look for me on the computer.  He would stop occasionally, look up at me, and mumble something I couldn't understand.  After an uncomfortable period of time he found me a room on the second floor.  I asked him where the elevators were and he said that they were out of service and I would need to take the stairs.  I walked through the obstacle course that was left of the hallway and climbed the stairs.  The carpet was well worn and threadbare in some places.  I entered my room, looked around, and left.  It was hot, smelly, and dirty.  I drove across town and got a room at the Holiday Inn Express, which was a great stay.

Stay Away!

The desk person was a no show. The place wass a fkn dump and even at 6’2” 280lbs I feared for my safety. Burn it down
