Very warm welcome at reception. Room was clean and very comfortable - a good night's rest was had.
Would definitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Staff were very caring and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

Title says it all…

Stay there by all means but don’t waste £10 on a cold, poorly presented, poorly served breakfast.

If this was anything to go by, I wouldn't recommend the Beafeater for lunch or dinner either!

Accommodation Great - Breakfast Abysmal

hotel was fine, presentable, staff friendly. Breakfast in Beefeater was a bit of a nightmare. Even though we booked, on our first day our order got missed and was nearly late for work meeting. Seemed to cater mainly for contractors. Hardly ever any continental left. Stock replenishment and table clearing was poor. Place was run down, carpet peeling, toilets adequate. Very short staffed and the staff didn't seem bothered. Evening staff were much nicer, efficient and apologetic when there was a delay due to staffing issues and on the final day the card machine went down and asked people to pay cash. Luckily we had enough but many didn't.

Hotel fine, breakfast a bit of a nightmare

Chose to stay here whilst we had bathroom work done over weekend.
Excellent room, very clean and tidy. Wonderful nights sleep. Staff friendly and helpful. We always choose Premier Inn, know what your getting.

Perfect for price and location

I arrived late on 21 December and found, to my horror, that I had mislaid my wallet, and was penniless.  It was then that receptionists Gail and Marta leapt to my rescue, making sure that I was fed and watered and giving me directions to the local banks.  I couldn't thank them enough.

I use Premier Inn a lot particularly this one at J6 in Worcester. It a great location quite literally just off the motorway not that you would notice, as it's very quite with landscaping all around. It can be a little nosy when inconsiderate adults let there kids scream a long the corridors (but then again you can get that anywhere) other than that you shouldn't be disturbed. Sadly though both the Hotel and Beefeater are beginning to look very tired and could do with an upgrade, possibly even some Premier Plus rooms. My biggest bug bear is (not just here but other PIs) is the falsely advertised Wifi" @8 times faster for just £5 a day" It isn't (a quick scan of other reviews I think someone else mention this), If you are staying here don't both your phone is faster. That said the Food in the pub is reasonable and the beer well kept but there are many other local pubs at not big a distance if you fancy something different.

I would recommend this Premier Inn. The only thing i would ask Mr Premier is get the WIFI sorted in your Inns surely it's not a big ask I realize there is an extra cost but your already charging a fiver a day on the sly just do it and put it the price. Thanks nick

Nice spot but a little tired.

The place is one we stay regularly and can recommend highly. But! the Wi-Fi is a rip off don’t bother paying £5 a day for what they claim is “upto 8 times faster” it isn’t you get less than 1mbs. In this day and age really?? Get it sorted Premier Inn it’s false advertising to suggest it is I feel badly let down by it having booked two rooms for 3 days that’s £30 which in the end we use or 4g off our phones. Also update you TVs they’re rubbish again in this day and age they should be better. 

It’s ok but……

However accessibility not easy in a wheelchair if alone due to doors not being able to be fixed. Shower curtain hanging in centre of bathroom and no bin for personal hygiene items in bathroom. Beds very comfy. 

Overall a good stay

A convenient, clean and comfortable hotel that doesn’t cost the earth.  Shame that the parking is so chaotic (competition for spaces with users of the Beefeater inn). Overall, it is a better option than most. 

Good hotel - poor parking

I have been staying in this hotel since May 2022 to present day ,IE February 2023, the hotel and staff are excellent 👌,  I would  never stay in any other hotel in Worcester
England. The staff are really happy and helpfulat any time day or night, I thank them all..
