A proper seaside holiday, I loved every minute of staying here and the icing on the cake was I got to see the Northern Lights. This hotel looked after me like I mattered, was clean, comfortable and great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful time

Seaside Holiday

Stayed 3 nights for the grand national weekend staff super friendly and accomadating cleaners were lovely when we had an issue with our shower curtain! Great location for the great city of Liverpool or for a beach break lots of places to eats right next to it with a supermarket next door too 10/10

Grand National weekend

Visited twice recently and the rooms were great. I always think it's a bonus when things like the telly work. There's often problems with TVs elsewhere. The girls at reception are excellent when they are there - there's often a sign up saying they're unavailable, which is fine cos you'll rarely need them unless your room pass corrupts. It's quiet, no rabble, you get a great sleep. I'm not sure what else you need - job done. It's just that sometimes it's beaten on price by other Travelodges in the area which is a shame. 

Always Perfect

Only Sue and myself can travel to Liverpool, book in our Travelodge at Wallasey go out into Liverpool for the afternoon the come back to room 117 which we were given at 12pm today only to find it had been occupied by a women and her 🐕 dog then we were told they only have a double bed left !!  ... 😳😳😳 love my mate Sue but not quite at the bed sharing point ....
OK 30 minutes later all sorted found us a twin room 213
Bathrooms a bit grubby and stained needs updating ..
Towels are not the best- Holey but not religiously "Holey"  literally got holes in and hairs on them - not our Hair..
Bedding had what looked like tobacco on sheets when we pulled quilt back..
Positives- Brilliant Location- Bus Route- Beach - plenty of eating areas around but nothing in Travelodge itself it has Kettle - Mugs - teaspoons - tea - coffee - sugar in rooms   .. Supermarket next door.

Omg I can not believe it we have been in Liverpool today had the most amazing day came back to our room 213 and all our personal belongings have gone, packed up everything.
 Pjs toothbrushes, clothing everything all packed up and moved to another room without and form of communication  what so ever, no phone calls no messages nothing. Just moved us kicked us out of our room. 
I have never felt so violated, we had a contract where we paid for a room for two nights given our room, settled in after the initial mix up of rooms getting over that carry on only to find people touching my intermediate personal belongings without any notice given what so ever. We had just sat down to eat our evening meal   when my phone rang and it was the receptionist at the Travelodge explaining they had gathered up all our belongings and put us in another room. We could not believe it and definitely lost our appetite so we leftover meal which cist us £30.00 because we were so upset and my anxiety went through the roof, money down the drain.. 
I had to go for a long walk to calm down I was so angry.
When we went to room 117 the room still smells of dog and disinfectant 
The obviously forgot the fact I told them on our arrival I am allergic to dogs and cats. How does the management this is acceptable in any way shape or form. Would he like it if I went into his bedroom _ Bathroom went through touched and remove his Personal and Intermate belongings without his permission ! I think not. It is your hotel for you to manage how you see fit but you have to have basic common courtesy for your guests and respect there privacy. You have no idea how you have made me feel.
Honestly I am passed myself for the sheer  disregard of our feelings and our privacy. 
All I can say this has put me off using Travelodges in the future that's for sure.

Privacy Violated No Respect from Travelodge Management.

Great dog friendly Travelodge, close to all amenities,  the Marino Lounge opposite is also dog friendly and a great place to eat. The hotel has been refurbished throughout and was lovely and clean. Comfy bed and hot shower, nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

Stay for one night in a double room the room was very clean and staff very helpful and was always someone round if you need help with anything   Very happy with my stay and will booking again  did not disappoint 😊

Great stay

This is a purpose-built Travelodge so the rooms are not that big but it has been refurbished and is in good condition. Very clean throughout and most rooms have a sea view. There s free parking nearby and lots of franchised restaurants adjacent. Great for a weekend stay and you can walk the longest promenade in England.

This is the second time we stayed here. 
First visit was in August. 
Staff are friendly and helpful especially the young man at reception. 
Rooms are clean, 
Great location so much to do, especially for the children.

2nd visit and had a lovely stay will definitely be coming back all the staff lovely and polite and the rooms spotless :) couldn't fault the place everything we need locally aswell and a beach on the front door step 😀

The Wi-Fi took 90mins to set up through a combination of reception and help desk.  Once set up the speed was not fit for purpose for video-conferencing.   Not acceptable for a paid for service.  No issue with members of staff.  This is a company Wi-Fi provider decision issue.
