What a fab little hotel!! The room was lovely, large and spotlessly clean with a view overlooking the river. We didn’t have an evening meal, but did have a delicious breakfast in the morning, where we met Charlie the manager. We will definitely stay again when in the area 😊

Served by a brilliant girl called Teigan, served with a smile and welcoming attitude!!! excellent customer service would recommend, lovely food and drinks too! Very clean facilities which were being regularly cleaned by staff members,

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. The rooms are located above the pub/ restaurant which makes getting food incredibly easy and there was no noise from the bar or outside during our stay.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was much bigger than expected. The facilities in the room were good quality and the room was cleaned each day with our daughters dolls nicely placed in her bed which was a lovely touch 

We are in the restaurant each night we were there and the food was excellent and very well priced. The carvery was a particular favourite of ours. Would highly recommend!

Staff was very pleasant, nothing too much trouble. Food was excellent sitting looking over water in a very enticing surroundings. Breakfast was plentiful.  The bed was so comfortable and the pillows oh my god was the fluffiest thank you town house I will be back

Stayed Mon- Thurs,just before school holidays. Very relaxing and peaceful. All staff excellent,friendly and helpful,felt really homely .Quad room huge, spotlessly clean,and a much needed fan ! View from the room/ garden is beautiful,could have just stayed there all day. Food deals good,carvery,all you can eat breakfast,garlic bread starter is huge,as are pizzas,juicy burgers .bus stop is 2 mins up road,to station or town,train to Cromer is 45 mins,or bus from town one and a half hours .Only downside is that there is about 15 steps to the rooms,no lift,so people with mobility problems may struggle,and steps down into the garden,although if you enter through the car park,you can walk on the grass to the garden,just a slight slope .Bring your binoculars,17 types of birds spotted,2 squirrels,and river full of fish .Will definitely be back,thank you once again to all you hard working,friendly staff .

everything u need under 1 roof! Great selection of drinks, nice room and 15 minute walk to the town centre. very nice place and staff member flo was a legend 👍 if norwich city stay up we'll be back ⚽️⚽️

Had a lovely stay at innkeeper's Lodge Norwich. The rooms had everything you needed. If you needed anything else you just had to ask. Staff are lovely and willing to help you in anyway possible. Had a delicious carvery in the evening and a great breakfast in the morning. Would totally recommend

I stayed at Innkeeper's Lodge for one night and had a very pleasant stay. The bed was super comfortable and one of the best experienced by myself at a hotel. Did very much dig the cubicle power shower aswell. Room was very quiet, clean and looked in top condition and generally considering the quality of the room I felt the price of £53.10 for the night was super reasonable.

Will happily stay again!

We stayed 3 nights. Our room was described as a "Family Quad Room" which we chose because we like space. We got Room 4 which was lovely. Spacious, lovely view and great modern bathroom with a walk in shower. This is the room to get !
I've given it "excellent" because of the room but of course Innkeepers Lodges make no claim to be top class hotels.
As regards food it was of the Brewer's Fayre type, so great cooked breakfast but not much else  at the moment. Reasonable evening menu with great freshly made pizza.
The service was great and all the staff were helpful and attentive. Nice riverside tables for drinks. In summer it will be perfect but the path can be a bit precipitous.

We have stayed in this hotel many times, usually a few times each year.  Our last visit, pre-covid wasn't up to its usual standard due to staffing issues.   We were not sure we would return after that but thank goodness we did.  I sent a request for our favourite room overlooking the river, knowing that this could not be guaranteed. As we parked our car on arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mandy who had just finished her shift. She told us we had been given the room we asked for. So before even entering the hotel we felt happy and welcome, so nice to be remembered.
Check in was fast and easy. Our room was perfect and exceptionally clean. Every single member of staff are cheerful, helpful and very hard working. Covid restrictions are in place and very well organised, one table at a time go up for food. We had breakfast & a few evening meals which were all delicious and plentiful. Special thanks to Mandy for being as good and helpful as she has always been, and Yvonne & Balbino who were marvellous. We are really looking forward to returning again soon.

Great Value and Service

Very nice room clean comfortable and everything works except the WiFi which is a bit hit and miss. Hotel is not very welcoming from the outside but it is a very old building. Room was recently refurbished to a good standard. There is a Stonehouse carvery downstairs which is ok for food and drink and a bus stop with a regular service into Norwich a few yards away. All in all considering what we paid we got excellent value and service.
