We stayed here for one night whilst on our way to Chester. Good value hotel with free parking outside. Sign could be a little clearer as you turn in as the junction sort of creeps up on you as you come round the corner and we almost missed the turning. The sign for the reception isn’t well lit and in the dark it was a little hard to spot. 

The hotel is in a good location there’s a Sainsbury’s supermarket and retail park very close by it’s also a short drive or a 10-15 minute from the Telford international shopping centre. 
We usually stay in the Telford international but this time this one was slightly cheaper so though we would try it.

We managed to park right outside the reception doors. Car park spaces aren’t huge so you do end up quite close to the person next to you although there is more parking further up by the restaurant. 

The room was clean and well maintained we had no issues. We were on the second floor up towards the end and it was nice and quiet. The rooms are large and have wardrobe some seating with large bed and good bathroom, with shower bath etc and shower gel and hair was products. There’s a hair dryer in the room plus tv and tea and coffee making facilities. 

We didn’t use the restaurant for any meals so couldn’t comment on that. 

Staff were friendly and check in and check out was easy.

Good hotel in a great location

Excellent stay, located just off the M54/A442 and next to the railway station, access to Ironbridge and surrounding areas very easy. 
The hotel has a Beefeater Restaurant next to it, food excellent and good service. Staff in hotel reception very helpful, must mention Sara made us feel most welcome, well done. 
Rooms in the hotel clean and spacious, bed comfortable, overall a very relaxing two nights and would certainly recommend if your visiting the area

Comfortable

It’s was so lovely saying here , Sam on reception went out of her way for people. I didn’t know the area as I was down for training she helped me out on directions on how to get there she couldn’t do enough for me. Made me feel very welcome. It’s nice to go somewhere and have some body there that is friendly and bubbly. I would definitely come back and say.  Julie adegbite.

We were always greeted with a friendly smile and staff were never too busy to say hello to us and made lots of effort with little one. Very clean, both in room and in public areas. Well located in the middle of Telford. 5 stars, will return for our next visit to area.

We were on the way on holiday and needed somewhere to stay for the night. The Premier Inn was on our route and was reasonably priced. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bed was also very good and we had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was also very good. We quite often stay at Premier Inn and will definitely stay again. It is a consistently reliable and reasonably priced.

We often book the Premier Inn as we find you know what you’re getting. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. We booked a family room for us and our 2 children; 6 & 7. Though cold on arrival it heated up quickly. Shower was hot & a powerful stream. Soap smelled lovely. Hairdryer was an added bonus. Always nice to be able to make a cup of tea in the evening. Soft towels. Our room was quiet. Location was excellent to the attractions we’d booked to visit. Excellent value for money.

Absolutely amazing stay room was spotless and plenty of space. Special mention to Callie who checked us in booked table for breakfast and was very helpful and freindly.

Usual for a Premier Inn. Comfy beds, enough room for 4. Nice breakfast at the Beefeater next door. However our room had a very damp, musty smell. Not at all pleasant. Upon informing reception (Stacey, who was excellent) we received an immediate room change  and 2 days complementary breakfast. Thank you Premier inn, especially Stacey for superb customer service!

Excellent customer service

Stayed here for one evening during a flood at home. Cap parking was plentiful and really easy to find. I Managed to park really close to the main door too (Bonus). Was met by a lovely receptionist (leigh-Ann) who was very welcoming and informative. The room was very clean, cosy and functional. Breakfast was hot and fresh and server {Janet} was Fab!! What's not to like??

A great stay during a chaotic time at home

We travel up to the midlands from Dorset regularly to visit family so the premier inn hotel in Telford suits for location and provides a comfortable stay each time .
The staff are always friendly and helpful with any enquiries we may have . The rooms are warm clean and comfortable to stay in. 
The breakfast at the grill next door is amazing and they offer a wide range of food to eat including continental and full English with many other food items on offer . Staff again very friendly and helpful. 
Well done to everyone concerned , definitely one to recommend.
