The Sayang House is indeed full of ‘sayang’. Claire and Gary showed my family and I lots of care and ‘sayang’ during our stay here, ensuring we were comfortable and warm in the room, fed well and had things to do around the area. The sky was clear for a while one night and we managed some star gazing within the compound of the property. If you don’t know what sayang means, ask the owners when you stay in this B&B :)

Wonderful stay

Beautiful clean and tidy rooms.
Great hosts. Couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. Really great breakfast.
We had a huge lounge area to ourselves complete with cosy log burner. Gorgeous house in a really great Location for church stretton and the Long Mynd

Truly exceptional.  A lovely country property with delightful garden.  Exceptionally clean and welcoming.  Claire and Gary went out of their way to help and support.  Claire lent me an iphone charger because I had taken the wrong one on holiday.  The best B and B we have been in for years.

Fantastic B&B, wonderful welcome. Claire and Gary so helpful giving us information about the area. Delicious plentiful breakfast. Large, spotless bedroom and en-suite, such comfortable beds. Have the use of large lounge overlooking beautiful garden, Lovely touches of homemade biscuits and chocolates. So looking forward to returning in September. Thank you Claire and Gary for a truly wonderful stay. 

Superb 3 night stay

I can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was. Beautifully located in Shropshire this peaceful B and B is bright, clean, and so charming!
Claire and Gary are warm, welcoming hosts who serve delicious breakfast made with fresh local ingredients, and with generous portions. The rooms are bright and so comfortable, with fully modern bathrooms.  Candy and cookie treats around just when you need them!  They have so much knowledge about the area and helped with things to do and see.  Highly recommend!

Warm, charming B and B

We have stayed at Sayang House several times with the previous owners and it was always fantastic .
The new owners Claire and Gary have not only maintained those high standards but have taken them to a new and higher level .
The welcome and care is superb .
Wonderful food for breakfast and we had one evening meal during our three night stay, all were superb .
The room and all areas are spotless and a really comfy bed.
Finally some really nice little touches like sweets and short bread in the room .
Hope Bowdler is a lovely rural location for easy access to great walks and fascinating places like Church Stretton,Shrewsbury Ludlow and Much Wenlock .
Finally all this comes at a very reasonable price .

Amazing Hospitality. Highly Recommended

A friend and I spent a very relaxing 2 nights at Sayang House enjoying Claire and Gary’s hospitality.  
Very clean and comfortable twin room, nice extra touches like a milk jug and a radio.  Excellent Breakfast served in the communal dining room overlooking the  garden.  
Perfectly situated for walks and sightseeing in this beautiful part of Shropshire.  
We will definitely be returning.

Welcoming. Charming b&b. Lovely neat and clean room and bathroom. All mod cons (even a radio). Good cooked breakfast in communal dining room / lounge.. Lovely garden. Even has a kitchenette for guests to use. A very good 4*. Recommended.

Fantastic B&B.  Lovely room and great breakfast.  Loads of nice small touches that added to the stay e.g. fresh milk for our in room teas and coffees.  You can tell that Clare and Gary are 100% focused on their guests having a great stay.  We look forward to returning one day
