This is Matt’s home that he welcomes guests into. If you want something that is not the traditional hotel for a great price this is your place! We got to meet other travelers and felt as though we were home. The room was comfortable with a TV that had lots of options, a kitchen and washer we had use of and a shared shower and toilet. There was parking in the street and a bus stop that was not far from the residence. We hope to return to Nottingham and will certainly stay here again.

Accommodation near loal bus stop so you can get about , tv a bit complicated ok if you a tech person but it was sorted.Only shower no bath  but water hot.

But it says that in the description.  Wasn't sure quite what to expect but only wanted a room at short notice to bed down for a few hours overnight and in that respect it was fine.It is a room in a shared house and the other people I encountered were pleasant enough.  Would have prefered the private bathroom which was stated in the description at the time of booking but that wasn't the case.  Not a big deal for me but could be a must have for others.Had use of the kitchen facilities which is nice if you intend to use them.  The room itself was clean, tidy and enough for my needs but I would have preferred some blackout blinds as the room got very bright very early.Check-in (getting access to the house and key to the room) could have gone smoother but the delay didn't amount to much.Sounds like a lot of negatives but for a short stay at short notice, I'd readily use it again.
