Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Good communication from James. Would highly recommend this hotel.Restaurant and Bar next door with excellent food and service.

Stayed here for the races, 10 minutes walk away, good direction and information from the owners, would stay here again in the future

Amazing easy check in with locker for keys ample parking next door to a great put easy walk to races even though most is on road colas its  a day meeting room is very high standard only wish it was bigger I’d love a bigger room but still great for purpose of visit deffo be back

The room was perfect,  very clean , easy to check in , the bed was soft , shower was hot and powerful,  the property was in a great location for southwell racecourse and the pub next door was great , great stay 👍

Really clean room with great facilities, bathroom although small was well appointed and again very clean with clean soft towels. We liked the “honesty box” for snacks etc. Also there were spares of coffee, milk, tea and sugar available. Check in was easy with a very clear text message sent before we checked in. A really great place to stay whilst we were at the races.

Excellent service for a work trip away and only ten minutes drive from Newark Northgate train station, it's a quiet village so not alot around for a few miles, ordered takeaway instead so a small table under the window perhaps would have been a good addition and a bath sheet sized towel for the shower would have been welcomed but overall it was excellent and the most comfortable bed I have slept in all week whilst working away, instructions to retrieve the key to the room where clear and easy to understand and the room was excellent value for money.

Excellent value for money

We stayed in room 2 for 1 night to attend All about Dogs in Newark.The accommodation is in a lovely quiet area but still within a 15 minute drive to restaurants and shops.Room was very clean, bright and generally had a lovely feel to it.Bed and pillows were very comfortable.Lovely little hot drink station in the room which included hot chocolate which I thought was a great touch!It is all self check in/out but I had spoken to owner via text who was lovely, recommending places for us to eat and put out a mat and some bowls for our dog which was great! Plenty of parking spaces too Would definitely stay again, thank you :)

This is a good place to stay if you need to be in this area very clean and comfortable. Just a couple of things to note it would be hard to access without a car and it really is just a room - the village has only houses so nothing available in terms of food or other services.. still very nice. Met our needs very well.

only a room but nice...

Very well equipped room with modern fit-out. Very clean & tidy. 60+ Mbps internet, with TV (& Freeview). There is information about where to go and get something to eat, the carpark is easy to get in & out of.  The whole thing was very easy.  This is my second visit, and i would definitely stay here again if the time comes.

Clean, tidy & modern

Whilst choosing whether to book this property, I was initially dubious about the 10/10/Excellent reviews but decided to give it a go. Contact was all done via text message, with precise and accurate instructions about how to self check in etc. The whole property was spotless. There was still a smell of fresh paint, so I knew it had recently been refurbished, as per other reviews. I had Room 1 on the ground floor and I can report that I couldn’t find fault! Not a speck of dust, no unpleasant lingering smells from previous guests, nothing! Now I can see why it gets such high ratings. The bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful and the background noise was minimal. Situated in a quiet village, there wasn’t any road noise and I wasn’t awoken early in the morning by other guests coming and going. A wonderful stay!

A wonderful stay!

What a lovely place. We had our dog with us and a dog bed, dog bowls and dog treat were provided. The room was spacious but cosy, nice temperature with the thermostatically controlled radiator. There was tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries, eye mask, sewing kit. There was a little 'tuck shop' in the main entrance with an honesty box, selling chocolate biscuits, crisps and cans of soft drinks. Extra blankets were provided in case we were cold. Free car parking was available on site. Check in was self-service. The instructions provided were spot on. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

Gem of a place

2 minor niggles:Hard to find. The link provided was on in Apple Maps which I don't have.  Used the link on Hotels.com email, which put me at the Rolleston sign at the entrance to the village.  I asked someone and fortunately they knew. What if I'd turned up in the dark?Thin walls. Had neighbours who came in at 2am and then turned the TV on until 3.  Woke up and found it hard to return to sleep as it was quite noisy.Otherwise, was a very nice village with good pubs in each direction, close to Newark, and all very easy.  Very new and clean. Nicely put together.  Full marks in all other areas.  I would use it again.  Thank you.

Nice stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Rooms At Rolleston. Very good and clear communication before my stay for check in. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. The addition of the smart TV is a fantastic touch and allows for varied viewing whilst in the room. I took my dog with me and he was also made extremely welcome with dog bowls, bed and a little treat in the room. A lovely gesture. Would love to stay again in the future. Thanks
