Hotel itself looks shabby on the outside but was really shocked when I came in, think I came at down time as there were numerous staff scrubbing the floors. Nice to see people actually taking pride in their work. Breakfast was busy so make sure you book, car park was shocking. Nothing to do with the hotel I’m to understand but it was disgusting with homeless people sleeping in the staircase. Parked elsewhere. Not their fault

Leona was chatty, friendly and helpful when checking into the hotel today.

The hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable with a good view over Manchester from a higher up floor. The heating was already on so it was nice and warm in the room on arrival.

Friendly staff and comfortable room

Stayed at the hotel for a match with the family.  Great place to stay. Choose this hotel originally for the price deals but it was so much more. Staff were really nice and went out of there way to help us.

Amazing place to stay

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. We actually arrived early but staff were extremely accommodating. The room was clean and tidy on arrival and I particularly enjoyed my pillow chocolates. I would recommend to a friend :)

Amazing stay,

A great stay all round will defo stay here again next time we are in Manchester. nice big rooms, warm and cosy even though we came when it was exceptionally cold there was even an extra heater in the room, nice and clean hotel, comfy bed, everything you expect from a premier inn. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We had the breaky on the second day, one full and one continental - both were good, even though it was a busy Saturday it was managed well, everything was keep stocked up, hot and cold food and crockery.  Great location - really close to Victoria station and the city centre.

Fab!

Check in was very quick and the gentleman on the desk was very nice. Byron helped me with everything I asked for, I needed extra bedding and he brought it right up to the room and also switched the room as I had booked the wrong type. The loveliest staff really recommend!

Amazing staff

Always a great stay!.
Every November we stop at this hotel for the Christmas markets. Great price lovely and clean soft and comfortable beds. Could do with a revamp rooms looking tired! Lovely staff on reception although tired to charge me £10 for 30mins early check in, Lucky his boss said don't charge them. Carpark great price keep it that way please! We have been coming for many years. Beds are so comfortable great location keep being cheap and comfortable.

And more locations 5-10mins away
From Piccadilly Station No.2 free bus stops right outside.
Hotel was great ... food great all on all very happy guest and will definitely recommend and use again.

Great location

We arrived just before 2 pm. Reception was miserable and also you can’t check in before 3 pm unless you pay £10. We went back to check in about 3.10 pm and the queue was out the door. Took 30 minutes for check in (by a human as machines broke). Lady on reception was so nice and she put a brave face on the moans she was getting. We were nice as realised company policy is not down to her.

Pay £10 or arrive after 4 pm

Booked to be near to AO arena. Really convenient, lovely staff, clean room - what you expect from a premier inn. Hotel carparking facilities very limited but to be expected in city centre location - maybe introduce reserve parking facility upon booking.
